This wolf that has two different color of eyes doesn't look normal to me it looks strange.
He's not a normal wolf, its just a guy who looks like a wolf.
He's a human that turned into a wolf. You have to watch the anime to get the full picture.
And well, either way quite a bit of people, and animals have to different eye color's ( It's called Heterochromia... )
