Like Atal ji build golden quadrilateral and Now projects like Bharatmala, dedicated freight corridor, multiple expressways have been building. Good infrastructure is essential for a country's prosperity.

To the people who are saying in the comment section that please drive in the city too, it looks horrible ; well, the road he is driving right now was pretty horrible too just 5 years back. It was so horrible that if you were to travel without a car on this road in white clothes, your clothes would turn yellow. It was a phase and it was due to construction and look at it right now, it's so clean and well-organised. Faridabad city is going through major transformation. The Bituminous roads all around the city are getting changed to concrete roads, and the reasons for that is that these Bituminous roads require a lot of maintenance if quality is not good, just one rainy season and you see so many patholes on the road. Many will ask, why is it taking so much time ??? Well, Faridabad is not a small city, it's the biggest district (in area) in whole of Haryana state. The work is getting done in phases around different areas. It's just not the concrete roads that the concerned authorities have to construct, there is a lot of other works that are going on for e.g. fiber cables and power lines are getting laid underground, new pipelines and gaslines are getting laid too. That is why so much delay in getting things done. Bypass road is getting widened, in future there are plans to extend metro from Faridabad to Gurugram, there are plans of making rrts line from Delhi to Palwal via Faridabad. So, a lot of thing are going on, don't be ignorant. This city has big plans for future, it is among the four cities in India that is selected by World economic forum for future safe smart cities out of 36 cities around the globe. Surprisingly, there are many big industries like whirlpool, Bata, JBM which generate crores of tax still Krishanpal govt has not paid any attention there.
It will take time but India has already going that way. If only we had good government after Independence then it wud have already happened decades ago.

Why not invest in coastal cities in Gujarat , Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh as well . Btw it is very important to improve connectivity in land locked north through infra push because it doesn't have the advantage of a coastline like the coastal states.
