Those doubts aobut Ice Spirit and the level of the cards seems to me that actually depends on what you'll be doing with this series:
-To go for the "new player" experience means to level up and min-max resources to the best of one's abbilities
(imho) that would make for a really great series and would serve as an archive for the state of the game on a specific period)
-To go for the "underleveled experience" means to not level up cards in order to remain somewhat underleveled
(imho) that doesn't make all that sense as it's not feasable to show that once you reach some arenas, even tho when it was doable I loved those series about level 1 goats (There was even a community formed of players who remained level 1back then) battling maxed players with that deck Sparky + Princess + Skelly Army + Bandit + I Dragon + Log + E Wiz + I Can't Recall ^^
Loved the Elixir Golem match and overall the sequence on this attack 27:04 when the log misses the Firecracker and that causes havoc XD
On other note, I can only speak for myself ofc but I have always tried to watch every video that came out on this channel, then as the volume went up I couldnt keep up ^^ But is not a lack of interest. Maybe is a matter of managing expectations, being reali about such a niche subject as is CR and staying positive OFC is not that simple but just trying to summarise here

I mean it's kind of a challenge for yourself to play underleveled and not upgrade any cards in the deck, but personally I have nothing to say against upgrading them for the series. :)

If you level ur cards youll just crush everyone easily, so id say stay 2ish levels lower than your opponents. Makes it more interesting imo
