Great review. I ripped one of these recently. Definitely agree they are overpriced at $30. I just got into soccer cards recently and agree that Topps products are way better.
I'm a huge fan of mosaic for basketball and football but man soccer is rough for this in both retail and hobby. I think topps merlin gets soccer product of the year for me with prizm world cup coming in second with the potential for case hits.
Thanks for the video, yeah it the price point, these are a massive risk and waste of time. We did not need this set at all. No one needs five different road to the World Cup sets. I’m massively disappointed in panini. Topps too, but panini is much worse.
Agreed, would much rather wait for prizm retail world cup. The hobby boxes for that are way overpriced too! It’s ridiculous! Ive had a better experience with topps lately for soccer but i pulled a numbered halaand card out of stadium chrome and it was horribly miscut 🥲
