Build yourself a real fpv drone before you call yourself a "UAS pilot". I liked and subscribed. However with all the cool stuff you guys Build and rip I'm dumbfounded you don't build real fpv drones yourself. When built well and tuned properly they are soooo much faster and more capable. When you are ready to take the training wheels off you should build yourself a real drone. Once you learn to tune and fly a well built homemade fpv quadcopter it is much more rewarding and performs way better than anything you can buy.

That's awesome you can fly those drones because those take alot more skill. Dji helps with retarded like me. Lol and if course practice makes perfect. I started droning but I'm a dad of two daughters so I have less time... which is fine because they grow up fast. Making memories is more important
I'm really kind of blown away by how easy you guys made that thing run better. Every time I see one of these videos I'm inspired by what's possible with even minor shop accomodations. You guys make a lot of amazing stuff happen in the GHPC Garage and I want to thank you for the content. Can't wait to see the next rip whether it's land or sea.
The only thing I can suggest now for this thing, after you guys fix the chain situation, and also make it more robust, is for you guys to make a kind of skid plate to protect the exhaust from getting all smashed like the old one. Would be nice, and if you can make it strong, it should prove to be great protect for the bottom of well... the entire quad. Also genuinely, I would suggest maybe also pulling out the dent on that tank so you can get some extra capacity out of it. Also gotta say that the upgrades you've given it thusfar have certainly helped it. Can only keep getting better. Just a shame you don't have the original engine and frame that the quad had. But eh, it'll make for a great unique one of a kind quad that you guys get to keep. Also I'd suggest maybe adding a radiator fan to the front to help it with cooling too.

That thing is so unbelievably cool. I remember growing up at the oregon dunes and every once in awhile we would see a blaster or banshee with a crotch rocket swap. As a kid/teen it always blew my mind and i wanted one so bad. I cannot wait to see what other upgrades/improvements you make. I hope to see a video of you guys taking it to the dunes with some paddle tires. Really test the top end speed. It will be scary for sure.
Bro same here man. Spent my time at Moses lake sand dunes. And a little bit in Oregon. I moved few thousand miles away a few years ago and haven't been to the dunes since :( but I did see a few street bike swaps on the flats always sounded so crazy compared to anything else.
I had a banshee with a r1 swapped in it. It is amazing, and although a good built motor is faster the swap is so much easier to ride. You can cruise all weekend at 2,000 rpm and then crank it and it gets going real fast. Plus I usually only went through 10 gallons of regular in a weekend instead of 20 to 30 gallons of race fuel.

Honestly, I’m so jealous of your guys’ location. My wife, son and I live in Kansas City, MO, and we are working hard to move somewhere green and mountainous in the near future. It makes me sad, but also gives me a little motivation seeing those beautiful shots from the drone.
Stabbing a street rocket engine into a quad makes an amazing machine!!! That thing is 2 parts glorious sound, 2 parts speed, 6 parts mechanical genius, and 90 parts overwhelming insanity!

If you decide to upgrade the brakes. You can use YFZ450 calipers up front. Forums say to get 2007+. Going fast is great but stopping should be high on the list as well.
I truly don't want much out of life besides what you gentlemen are enjoying.. a couple close like-minded friends, a few badass toys, & somewhere beautiful to romp on the machines. You guys make it look TOO fun! Enjoy & be safe.. can't wait to see where this build goes!
Not to sure if you'll see this comment. But I would suggest putting on a thumb throttle on that beast of a machine. I had a 3 wheeler that was converted into a quad with the twist throttle and there was one incident where I wish I had the thumb throttle. Got out of control and gripped the handles while sliding and forgot about the throttle conversation. It ended bad for the bike lol. Love all your videos. Keep kicking ass!
Hey guy's at Grind Hard! I have a suggestion to getting a nice chain for the Banshee! bring your chain to an industrial shop (ones that work on semi trucks) and if you ask, most shops will make you an industrial chain and they last longer than the chain's you could buy at the motorcycle shop! I have one on my R6 swapped Bayou and it hasn't done me wrong so far! Just a suggestion though! (edit same with the sprockets).
Edwin, you're getting into the area where you'll need a holder for all your batteries. I took a pelican case and put all my charging stations in it, then wired all those up to a single 3 prong power source so I can just plug in the case and it'll charge everything inside of it. So I can charge up to 13 batteries and only deal with one wire to plug in, plus i don't have a nest of wires to deal with or remember. It took me like..maybe 3 hours to do it all and the best part is it keeps all my batteries safe while i move around. I actually just totaled my car and had all my drone equipment in the back. Everything was fine because it was all inside pelican cases. No batteries to find, no loose wires, etc.
My friend had a banshee with sidewinder sprockets and chain. The chain broke somehow and cracked the engine case by the front sprocket. He was dumping oil out of the crack all over the trail. After getting it all fixed we went to a track and every 15 minutes he had to go tighten the chain back up. The banshee chain adjustment setup is not super great for sure. Thanks for the great vids.
Guys, if you ever decide to travel, get into international rallying- Ethan, you have all the skills and instincts to do it like a Norwegian- no fear, throttle a quarter inch into the floor, cheeks hung far out, 60 foot hops and all, the scenery is sometimes much like your Idaho and sometimes not- Evan would have ball droning and shooting! And bring the gang- if you have a sponsor, the money is there! FR
I know how the Chian snap feels. I was in the air on my quad doing a step up jump, mid air my rear sprocket came loose and folded like a pancake! I came to a dead stop when I hit the ground. It hurt, but it was fun! That bike is sick tho! Gives me an idea for my 86 Suzuki 750!

Dudes, thats a bad ass machine. Only suggestion I have is to 86 the twist grip throttle and put the thumb throttle on it. In a wheelie imagine trying to hold on the grip and knowing you cant let go, so either continue with heavy throttle or let go. Both bad endings lol. Keep the awesome builds coming. Love the content!
Awesome video, can i suggest a chain guard, just to avoid a future catastrophic failure when you up the gearing, put nitrous on it and run it down a drag strip on Mickey Thomson's

This deserves some proper love. Strip it back clean it up, fix that tank sort the instrument cluster etc etc. She deserves it.
