Thanks bud yeh they seem to work really well i now know of at least 40 people using them and all great feedback so far 👍🏻 and Happy new year! to you too bud 😊
Thanks for the tip. I have now fitted the controller on the fluid bed air pump. It allows the pump to be adjusted to give the bed full movement without 'boiling'. Very difficult to spec a pump size to do this effectively. Many thanks.
Your more than welcome bud I'm glad it's working for you both of mine are doing really well I just love not only can you control the airflow but the more you turn it down the more money your saving a double bonus 😀 thanks for watching 👍
Thanks Andy I suppose its better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it but there definitely worth it even if you turn it down just a fraction it's saving money and the pump isn't working as hard so theoretically should last longer 😊👍
Great update Jamie👍. You’ll be pleased to know that I have one incorporated on my new RO system and it has reduced the primary pump from 270w to 150w so great saving👍. I’m going to look at using them on my other pond electrics👍😊. I have the same waterproof electric boxes as you so not able to plug in direct but they do work on extensions so have at least 2 appliances they can work on. Keep up the good work buddy👍🐟🈲😊.
Thanks Phil I'm glad they are working for you 👍 and many thanks for the shout out greatly appreciated thank you so much for watching and I'll be watching your new video in 5 minutes 😀 😊
Nice update Jamie. Since putting my nexus in, I haven't had any air going into the pond. I measured the oxygen levels, and the moving bed part of the nexus puts enough oxygen into the pond. Looking forward to seeing the plans for the new pond 👍🏼
Yeh they don't need alot in the winter hence I now turn mine down 👍 and to be honest I don't think I'm gunna make any plans I think I'm gunna wing it 😉😆
Hey Steve thats great news year they seem to be working really well for everyone im glad i found it and put it out there ive had nothing but thank yous and praise and only good reviews so far 👍🏻 hope your keeping well hows your pond coming on? 👍🏻
@@keepingitkoi All good not a million miles away now, I won’t lie I’ve had a couple wobbles on the way but glad I’ve persevered.will be doing an update tomorrow afternoon 😊👊🏻👍🏻
@popseyskoi2141 sweet ill look forward to that and we all have wobbles mate I certainly had my fair share with the issues I came across while building mine 🤣
Thanks bud yeh they seem to be working well for everyone always a bonus 👍 glad your are doing well loving your new camera by the way the quality is mint 👌
Great review 😉,been looking at these for a while now , for my air and pump just need a tweaking ,so i thought wondering if there's a smart version out there Candeo do one for smart lights can dim them down ,wondering if they would work on pumps ,but at £35 a plug a bit much ,so i'm going to get two variispeeds then plug them into ordinary smart plugs for that extra control 🤔,liked and subbed 😊
No unfortunately not that the issue I had luckily mine are in a waterproof filter house but yeh the plug is 2 big to close the lid there are other ways you could do it tho a small single extension into an outside waterproof cable box and voila sorted 👍👌
KiKoi .. I keep my air like this as turn off completely causes issues but I have 3 moving beds and a shower, so I think I’ve got plenty of oxygen 😅 Also I have a vari plug unit but BS model it works on the 8.000lph pump but the 12.000 pump doesn’t , so might get a different brand/model as the 12.000 is only 120watts think and vari plug is meant to handle 300watts 🤔 So it stated. But great update review and where you mention multi plug and safety “I see no issue” as-long you don’t go over the RCB wattage /voltage which unless you wack on 2-3kw heater same source then yr multi plug will have no issue Imo 😅
Sweet thanks for that mate I'm no electrician so I don't really know how it all works but I know alot of people have moaned about other people's electrics on TH-cam so I was just saying it to keep them happy 🤣 and yeh the vari speeds are only rated to 300w well mine are anyway which should be plenty for any moden day eco friendly pump so you should be good 👍 I know of over 40 people using them now with nothing but good reviews so far 😊👍
Nice update and “plug” on the plug 👍😜
Hehe thanks bud I knew it would get a few comments 👍😊😆

Hope you're well.
Stay safe.

Great update Jamie….. 👍🏼
I bought one after your initial video on them, but haven’t actually used it yet…😂

Thanks bud yeh I'm sure these can be used in many ways they do work on some pumps it all depends on the type of motor they have 👍
Nice update on the plug Jamie 👌
Thanks bud yeh its great saving me money and saves me having more than one pump👍
If i put that on my outdoor plug will i still be able to shut the cover over to keep it waterproof
No unfortunately not that the issue I had luckily mine are in a waterproof filter house but yeh the plug is 2 big to close the lid there are other ways you could do it tho a small single extension into an outside waterproof cable box and voila sorted 👍👌
Only if youre using one onf the big plastic enclosure boxes .. not on the plugs with the clear plastic clip down lids

ahoj please can i use this regulator variispeed with my ventilator Taifun ? thanks a lot
@@VladimirRarik I have no idea as I don't have one to test it with I'm afraid
Hi Jamie, How much do they cost, and where do you get them from please? Enjoyed your vid as usual😀
Thanks bud, There around £10 ish just search variispeed with 2 ii's on either ebay or amazon 👍🏻 glad you enjoyed it 👍🏻
@@keepingitkoi 😂 Sorry, I see you put info at end, I do tend to comment during a vid, when I should wait to the end😂
@FARMOORKOI I'm the same mate I'm forever going back into my comments and editing them 🤣🤣🤣
They dont work so well on the piston pumps sadly ive found out ... they have some effect but only slight
Yeh needs to be rotary pumps ideally but still a cracking find hey 👍
