You where talking about we don't know nothing about Neon , but we actually know very little things Neon did say that she was part of the Infinity Rail Nikke together with the others , but she didnt say for how long or what reason , but then Ingrid asked her to spy on us and thats where she come to us! In chapter 29-30 Shifty did try to browse throught Neon's files and history , but everything was restricted and classified and even with her to not have access means that the Big Three or the Central Goverment hides important information (even after she managed to have info about Liveryn being suspicious) Also rule N:1 in Nikke: Never get attached to Nikkes (especially Mass Produced) since they can have massive depression and ptsd or die
According to some players, the Neon and Infinity Rail bit might have resulted from some fuck up in the EN localization when comparing relevant texts to the korean and japanese ones. God knows there's a lot of odd localization choices, specialy in the early chapters.

Both Red Ash and Old tales are a must if one wants to understand how we got to this point and why things are going the way they are in the Ark. now I’m sure not only Rapi but all nikkies are im the “improving/redeeming” years of this city. About Mass Production NIKKE... I don't know from what time you started playing NIKKE, but 1 of the event already had focused on them (But it's a Collab Event); NIKKE x Nier Collab. To be honest, rather than 2B & 9S, the Event is more focused on the 3 Mass Production NIKKE, at least for me. And yeah, the story didn't end well... The other one, is 2023 Winter Event... Eventhough it's more focused on just 1 Mass Production NIKKE; Lumi. Maybe there will be more Event that focused on Mass Production NIKKE in the future.

Crazy thing we only just got to the part of Rapi's story we're at least vaguely aware of. I'm curious how much of her time with Red Hood, Absolute, and Anis is going to be crammed into Part II.
I'm surprised how in this event they are actually giving us a timeline of previous mentioned events, like goddess fall, pretty's death, New Hope, the commander system, etc. It's like they are setting up events for year 3. I wonder if they gonna eventually give the answers to other mysteries like what happened with Oswald and the Legendary Commander, how did Liliweiss die, Sixo's identity, the foreshadowing of Enikk potentially being in danger, Ark's source power, etc.
Gotta love that old grim reaper nickname trope haven't seen that in awhile. But yeah Rapi is old enough were the adults in her lifetime actually have seen the real sky when she was a kid.

Damn it shift up, you have done this to me Twice in rapid succession, first learning that our little Chunibeo talked the way she did not because she was eccentric, but because the poor girl saw her friend get hurt from her lack of action and believed it was the best way to keep her memory alive, along with maiden wanting to erase her memory, and now the history of Rapi, being so sick for most of her life, only to be thrust into the world with no knowledge of what to do, and then being killed and becoming a NIKKE and the events that followed, not at all being her fault, she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, god it made me want to hug her and never let go... T_T
Poor Rio, I am not sure if she had corruption or if she suffered a Mind Switch. This story punched us repeatedly. At this point, I was thinking, "Oh boy, it gets worse."

From what little time we got to meet her fellow teammates it still hurts so much. As well as people she was connected to the Nurse in particular we only knew for one chapter got me too. 😭Rio's scene definitely hit me the hardest though both after she got back from the concert & the scene after that. They wrote Rapi's character and really even understanding her more from her actions in the latest Chapters and how much it related to her past. Seeing RH when they met for the first time gave me chills!
They pretty much wrapped up the first contact era, so now we are going to the reclamation wars era, and im so excited cuz a lot of things happened during this time, the raise of new hope, the formation of eden, the death of pretty, the birth of nihilister, a lot of good stuff.
Wendi's question to Rapi if she figured out what she wants to do reminds me of the one Anis asked her in Chapter 1: "Have you found it?" They were likely referring to the missing vanguard but with this event, maybe it was something else.

The best non-anniversary even so far. It always has to do with connexions to the main story of the game, past and present stories. 3rd Anniversary could be related to Johan and the creation of Eden. 2,5 Anniversary will be following Last Kingdom event with Pioneers meeting with Nayuta. I just fear they keep Anis story for January 2026, the first month seem their placement for past stories (first with Scarlet, and now Rapi).

I'm gonna be that guy and deliver a hot take: The doctor isn't bad at his core, he was just blinded by money and fame that came to him after Rapi's drug experiment success. When Rapi kept pressing her button, the doctor was still busy sorting out her records for their hospital's sponsors to be in the room where the alarm went off. The doctor also didn't say he was going to be the one responding to her button specifically so I'm guessing he had a staff take care of that BUT that staff was busy dealing with another patient because (as someone mentioned in the stream) the hospital was still going down under and, consequentially, understaffed, and was unable to attend to her on that day. That may also be the reason why that's the last time she mentioned about the drug testing. It was such a terrifying day that she couldn't remember anything else and she could've been taken care of right after that day while she was exhausted from enduring pain that entire day. Was the doctor/staff irresponsible? Absolutely, especially the doctor. Was it excusable? No. I just want to point out that people are hating him more than he deserved. If you are struggling to the point you had to consider getting a kid to do experiments, your mental has already begun to break at that point. The high from finding success in the test results, into multiple sponsors offering more tests and drugs, into a promise of renovation, into a promise of being the head of a massive facility. Wealth and power clouded this man's eyes, he could still see that Rapi was important to him but he couldn't see past the fact that she wasn't just missing what she needed to survive but also to live as well. The doctor deserves to be blamed for his inability to fight back temptations but the true evil who deserves every bit of our hate was the sponsors subjecting children to drug experiments and continuously doing so after Rapi's success.
To be fair, Rapi was already in pain from her illness before the trial. While it definitely increased that pain during the administration of the drugs, it still cured her and made it so she wouldn't die young (if not for Cowboy ATF man, that is.) If a child is in pain and already going to die soon, I'd think it's worth doing experimental treatments for a chance at helping that child grow up to have a long life. Science doesn't advance without risk and sacrifice, and a drug that could save millions of future kids seems worth it.
It feels weird to say this but Rapi was a robot, not an android, but a true robot, tell it what to do and it does it without any emotion of their own. And then Rio happens and it Mother 3 all over again
Yeah no s**** i completely forgot that we were talking about nikke so both of the scene of Rapi losing her friends were pretty much unexpected and heartbreaking. But now at least hopefully we are gonna find out what happened after the hard mode ending and also how did she die in the end.
Just letting the entire planet know, Rapi CAN read. She saw the name on the list of fatalities. She didn't hear it. She also said that she couldn't read THIS address. Not that she couldn't read at all.
guys explain me somenthing: in the first cutscene we have in the game, anis said "nikkes cannot kill other nikkes" so shikicum have to kill marian, BUT, like we saw in this event, and in A LOT of others, nikkes kill other nikkes all the time, like dorothy having to kill pinne, so, i dont understand why anis said that thing. (dont take corruption in consideration, im talking bout normal nikkes)
Oh this is the early stages of implementing Commander System, probably the rule hasn't been implemented on NIMPH since basically this is the trial system where they wanted to recreate the Legendary Commanders' Glory.
Also potentially its just a remnant of the early storyline they had. Even this event retconn's Goddess Fall to being 70 years ago as opposed to 30 years ago in the early days of the game.
From what I understand, nikkes cannot EXECUTE other nikkes, meaning they can't just kill one willy-nilly. When a nikke becomes a threat (due to betrayal, corruption, etc) they can fight and kill in self-defense. As for the Dorothy situation, it could have simply been before the system was refined into what it is. The Fairy Tale models worked very differently from other nikkes, even back in the day.
1) The inhibitor thing wasn’t a thing because there was no commander to issue and order to disable it. It came later (at least that’s how I see it) 2) The Goddess members didn’t have any inhibitors, they can kill anyone.
Rapi was like Marin but never got the right help as she was never taught anything. Even the doctors only used her as a test subject and nothing more, and that showed when nobody showed up to help her when she was clicking the "assistant" button. I was so frustrated with all these people around her just saying hey um good luck trying to figure out everything yourself. She did have a kind nurse but she die way to early on and her squads later on just wasn't it.
I didn’t cry at all this event. I already knew that every mass production Nikke was going to die. The event preview literally told us that it would happen.
WTH? the doctor just discharge Rapi from the hospital with ZERO explain? how can a people survive if she cannot read the address and she even dont know how the credit work? and she even dont know people need to wear shoes outside.....
TBH I'm kinda sad they took Rapi's red jacket away for the official in-game character. My biggest problem with her Ch. 34 appearance was just her pose. It didn't really seem to fit her new-found confidence. The new in-game character model fixed my problem with her pose, but they took away her awesome red jacket. It would have been such a cool additional carry over from Red Hood.
This thought has been festering in my mind, but as a head cannon theory. Just imagine how it would be if the commander, neon, and anis hugged rapi at the very end to show her that they will always be there for her through thick and thin
Do I need to finish the story to play this? Because I’m only at like chapter 10 or 11 and I have no idea if event quests can just be done or if they’re permanent.
I really disliked how the Doctor went about sending her off. Like why couldn't he have taken her in? Or maybe he could've trained under him and worked at the hospital. And she has been living in the hospital all her life she doesn't know anything about the outside world and didn't even give her any clothing or shoes. And at the very least why couldn't someone from the hospital at least guided her to her place of living? Or took her to a place to get some clothing either. All cause of the lack of consideration for her and just dumped her out into a world completely unknown to her the inevitable happened. It worked out because she became a Nikke, but it is so irresponsible how the Doctor or the Hospital handled the whole thing.
I cried again watching this playthrough 😭 It's crazy to think Rapi was already such a talented soldier, but then she met Red Hood and learned her unorthodox moves to become even more of a force of nature! She always seemed so much stronger than other regular Nikke despite working with similar tech, so much so that Eunhwa idolized her. Also, this likely makes Rapi the oldest and most experienced combat veteran Nikke of the Ark alive today?
Old Tales was just a warmup, they went for a league record with Footstep, Walk, Run 😂😂😂 Rather than fumble, the way Johan addresses Nihilister and is super focused on killing Heretics on top of reclaiming the surface, I think it's because he got so far in his campaign at first that he was the first ever Commander to confront The Offsprings. Either way, I need a New Hope event...
I like this Event Story; Really added the Background Lore to Rapi, and the reason why she always feels 'Empty'. Really feel bad for her. Live inside Hospital for almost of her life, never understand how outside world operated (Even didn't know the function of 'Money'), and suddenly been shot to death and been made into Mass Production NIKKE. And whenever she became close to someone (or some NIKKE, in Rapi's case), in the end, she became alone again. Glad she can met with Red Hood, and for the 1st time, she had someone she looked up to. Anyway, we will never forget Seira, Rio & Wendy.
I'm thinking that the three parts will be seperated like this: Part 1 - Her time as a Human and Mass Produced Nikke. Part 2 - Her time with Red Hood. Part 3 - Her time with Absolute. Thoughts?

Thinking back that Wendi choosing to teach Rapi the way that she did is similar to how she was the better of the 3 counters when teaching Marian.

The "Goddess Fall" incident was about 70 years before the story occurred. Being a Nikke keeps you young, but the suffering comes in spades.

When Rapi kept pressing her button, the doctor was still busy sorting out her records for their hospital's sponsors to be in the room where the alarm went off. The doctor also didn't say he was going to be the one responding to her button specifically so I'm guessing he had a staff take care of that BUT that staff was busy dealing with another patient because (as someone mentioned in the stream) the hospital was still going down under and, consequentially, understaffed, and was unable to attend to her on that day.
That may also be the reason why that's the last time she mentioned about the drug testing. It was such a terrifying day that she couldn't remember anything else and she could've been taken care of right after that day while she was exhausted from enduring pain that entire day.
Was the doctor/staff irresponsible? Absolutely, especially the doctor. Was it excusable? No. I just want to point out that people are hating him more than he deserved. If you are struggling to the point you had to consider getting a kid to do experiments, your mental has already begun to break at that point. The high from finding success in the test results, into multiple sponsors offering more tests and drugs, into a promise of renovation, into a promise of being the head of a massive facility. Wealth and power clouded this man's eyes, he could still see that Rapi was important to him but he couldn't see past the fact that she wasn't just missing what she needed to survive but also to live as well.
The doctor deserves to be blamed for his inability to fight back temptations but the true evil who deserves every bit of our hate was the sponsors subjecting children to drug experiments and continuously doing so after Rapi's success.
To be fair, Rapi was already in pain from her illness before the trial. While it definitely increased that pain during the administration of the drugs, it still cured her and made it so she wouldn't die young (if not for Cowboy ATF man, that is.)
If a child is in pain and already going to die soon, I'd think it's worth doing experimental treatments for a chance at helping that child grow up to have a long life. Science doesn't advance without risk and sacrifice, and a drug that could save millions of future kids seems worth it.
It feels weird to say this but Rapi was a robot, not an android, but a true robot, tell it what to do and it does it without any emotion of their own. And then Rio happens and it Mother 3 all over again
Yeah no s**** i completely forgot that we were talking about nikke so both of the scene of Rapi losing her friends were pretty much unexpected and heartbreaking.
But now at least hopefully we are gonna find out what happened after the hard mode ending and also how did she die in the end.

in the first cutscene we have in the game, anis said "nikkes cannot kill other nikkes" so shikicum have to kill marian, BUT, like we saw in this event, and in A LOT of others, nikkes kill other nikkes all the time, like dorothy having to kill pinne, so, i dont understand why anis said that thing. (dont take corruption in consideration, im talking bout normal nikkes)
Oh this is the early stages of implementing Commander System, probably the rule hasn't been implemented on NIMPH since basically this is the trial system where they wanted to recreate the Legendary Commanders' Glory.
Also potentially its just a remnant of the early storyline they had. Even this event retconn's Goddess Fall to being 70 years ago as opposed to 30 years ago in the early days of the game.
From what I understand, nikkes cannot EXECUTE other nikkes, meaning they can't just kill one willy-nilly. When a nikke becomes a threat (due to betrayal, corruption, etc) they can fight and kill in self-defense.
As for the Dorothy situation, it could have simply been before the system was refined into what it is. The Fairy Tale models worked very differently from other nikkes, even back in the day.
1) The inhibitor thing wasn’t a thing because there was no commander to issue and order to disable it. It came later (at least that’s how I see it)
2) The Goddess members didn’t have any inhibitors, they can kill anyone.

Rapi was like Marin but never got the right help as she was never taught anything. Even the doctors only used her as a test subject and nothing more, and that showed when nobody showed up to help her when she was clicking the "assistant" button. I was so frustrated with all these people around her just saying hey um good luck trying to figure out everything yourself. She did have a kind nurse but she die way to early on and her squads later on just wasn't it.

TBH I'm kinda sad they took Rapi's red jacket away for the official in-game character. My biggest problem with her Ch. 34 appearance was just her pose. It didn't really seem to fit her new-found confidence. The new in-game character model fixed my problem with her pose, but they took away her awesome red jacket. It would have been such a cool additional carry over from Red Hood.

I really disliked how the Doctor went about sending her off. Like why couldn't he have taken her in? Or maybe he could've trained under him and worked at the hospital. And she has been living in the hospital all her life she doesn't know anything about the outside world and didn't even give her any clothing or shoes. And at the very least why couldn't someone from the hospital at least guided her to her place of living? Or took her to a place to get some clothing either. All cause of the lack of consideration for her and just dumped her out into a world completely unknown to her the inevitable happened. It worked out because she became a Nikke, but it is so irresponsible how the Doctor or the Hospital handled the whole thing.

It's crazy to think Rapi was already such a talented soldier, but then she met Red Hood and learned her unorthodox moves to become even more of a force of nature! She always seemed so much stronger than other regular Nikke despite working with similar tech, so much so that Eunhwa idolized her. Also, this likely makes Rapi the oldest and most experienced combat veteran Nikke of the Ark alive today?

Rather than fumble, the way Johan addresses Nihilister and is super focused on killing Heretics on top of reclaiming the surface, I think it's because he got so far in his campaign at first that he was the first ever Commander to confront The Offsprings.

I like this Event Story; Really added the Background Lore to Rapi, and the reason why she always feels 'Empty'. Really feel bad for her. Live inside Hospital for almost of her life, never understand how outside world operated (Even didn't know the function of 'Money'), and suddenly been shot to death and been made into Mass Production NIKKE. And whenever she became close to someone (or some NIKKE, in Rapi's case), in the end, she became alone again. Glad she can met with Red Hood, and for the 1st time, she had someone she looked up to.
Anyway, we will never forget Seira, Rio & Wendy.
