The old man had a cake shop in the city of Baghdad. He wasn't rich, but he was a good man. He kept a jar under the floor of his shop. Every week, he put a gold coin into this jar. This money was for him when he became old and sick.
When he was sixty years old, he took out the jar with the gold coins. There were more than a thousand gold coins inside. He thought he had a lot of money, so he decided to see the world before he died.
