Tandoori Tikka Chutney:
- 1/2 Cup Coriander
- 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
- 1 Green Chilli
- 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
- Small Piece of Ginger
- 2 Pinch Roasted Cumin Powder
- 2 Tbsp Curd/Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
- Salt to Taste
- A Pinch of Chaat Masala
Shaahi Paneer:
For Gravy Paste:
- 2 Small Onions
- 2 Big Tomatoes
- 12 Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger
- 8-9 Garlic Cloves
- 4 Dried Kashmiri/Byadgi Red Chillies
For Final Preparation:
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/4 Tsp Shahi Jeera
- 1 Green Cardamom
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 Inch Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- A little Turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 200 gm Paneer
- Salt to Taste

Demo was clear n good but lot of scope for betterment. Instead of spending time in cooking paneer other two jars with their functions could be included. Grinding masala in another bigger steel jar one n making shakes with blender jar which alternatively can be used for juicing too. Well in most cases juicing doesn't help much . But such jars are best for Mango , Banana shakes. Well thanks ❤❤
