Years ago I look the Blow Hole tour from a Carnival ship. I remember the drive through the city to get there wasn't impressive. There's also an air pollution problem (my eyes were watering). Once you've done that, sticking around the port/harbor is about all that's left. :/
Been there Jan.04, 2024... on a rainy day. Chris... NOTHING to do... food was overpriced for the quality and very few options available... Most cruisers came back to the ship after a couple of hours... Next time I will stay on the cruise.
Sorry, Chris, but we absolutely Hated Ensenada…I know why it’s a cruise stop (it’s close by SoCal) but it’s just a depressing experience (not very accessible either)

I love the Mexican hats. One day i will go back!! Never been to Ensenada but did go to Costa Maya and Cozumel. Had such a fun time
