Jeremy please be careful as its not only your back you could damage but you could give yourself a hernia and believe me that is extremely painful, hubby helped me when I fell in the bath and had to be taken to hospital in absolute agony. I don't know if there is another safe but by the way things were almost thrown into the unit I would say they packed up in a hurry. There are some nice things you have found so far and I hope there are better things to come out of there, there is so much stuff in there still to sort through. Patience and Christian are very good on the camera and young Patience had me giggling with her, they certainly know how to work and get a lot of enjoyment when you are with them lol. Nice to see Conky giving a hand, though the safe was a hard one to crack it was a brilliant idea to smash it against the metal bar (I can't think what its called lol). Cold heat soldering gun. I have one. You don't plug it in. But it does have batteries. The cold heat , heats up when you touch it to the solder. it also cools off instantly. it's pretty convenient for a "to do quick job"

The bass guiltar is vintage 60's beatles type made by Teisco. I've never heard of the name before but one very similar to the one you found is on ebay for $2,500.
