Thanks for doing a video about the common spider plant. I have mine for more of 20 years. I have at periods seriously neglected it and it is still growing and giving me babies.
And thank you for watching! Yeah mine has been a real trooper. I've been better about watering it since the repot =)
Would appreciate it if you could give me some tips on the potting medium
Great video. Thank you so much. Would appreciate it if you can specify what goes into the potting medium.

Very good information
Good information. Thank you.
I love my spider plant! Mine has been blooming all summer and it’s so nice to see her grow.
rain water for my plant. Loves it
I use rain or distilled water on mine! It’s full of babies and it’s huge ! It’s about a year old and it’s one of my favs in my house!
Thx for sharing!
Mine dried up terribly! I really love your energy!
lol thank you! Water that baby! =)
I use betta conditioner to water my plants, Canada has hard water.
I feed my plant with still bottled water and it still gets brown tips. So I assume its due to the dry air!
Mine is struggling a bit, it has a lot of yellow leaves and I was thinking to put it in semi hydro, what do you think?
I never had brown tips and started using distilled and now I have brown tips in my case I think my place has dry heat BTW I do not keep it anywhere near the radiator and still have brown tips
I boil my tap water let it sit till next day then water haven't had very many brown tips at all
I boil water in my teapot then remove lid let sit for 24 hrs then water this is how I water all my plants
I love my curly bonnie (curly spider plant)..
Trying to let mine get root bound so it grows babies :)
I buy distilled water and still got brown tips
