Volumes are very low in ETF, price can only be increased if more people interested in buying. profit can be taken by increase in ETF price only. If dividend announced by scripts included in ETF is also shared with ETF holders then it can be attractive
It is biased not telling the dividend of individual script do not passthrough to ETF holder

These things look exciting at the beginning but are very risky ETF do have management fees, Mer fee, government tax on profit gain. Always go for buisnes which is tangible, commodities, real estate etc.

Is ETF price determined by the price of included individual shares (a fixed price based solely on its components and determined by calculation ) or is it determined by the market as an entity on its own (I.e. bid vs. Ask for the etf itself )?
It’s determined by the price of individual stocks! Its kind of weighted average of all stocks.

I've been trading Forex since 2012. Its very difficult to be consistently profitable. Over 95 Percent people lose money in forex in the long term. Best to avoid. You should instead try to invest and buy physical shares of big companies and banks in Pakistan stock market. Buy when market is down and just hold for few months or if you can for upto a year or more.

Invest in international stocks if you don’t live in Pakistan. Open account with brokers like eToro/ investing.comm etc. Stocks in Pakistan will crash once the government term finishes

Yes on annual basis, this concept is new in Pakistan and currently four type of ETFs are currently working from past 10 months. The dividend announcement will be published on completion of one year and this will let public the actual performance of ETFs.

4:54 too much paperwork to register for trading, idk about etf but i do know i was to trade when I became 18 years old but I haven't because of ambiguous information and extensive paperwork and broker system
With mutual funds you don't have to go through such hassle. It's easy now.
PSX had introduced online method of opening broker account. It may not require so much paperwork now. Although I don't have complete info

Won’t recommend ETF as it is very low profit which you can get easily after buying separate stocks.
Highly disagree. You miss the whole point of the discussion. Anyone who does not have the expertise should go for ETF instead of Mutual funds. I have seen an increase of 30% within the ETF plus you also get paid a dividend.
@@hasanwasti7227 i also practically experienced ETF and they just move quite similar to index, however, my individual stocks given me more than 100 percent growth .
Always remember, low risk low profit. It’s not rocket science to know which stocks to buy or not and easily available for investment purpose. It’s only trading where someone need specialized technical knowledge and time. So compare your individual stocks vs ETF and you will see a whopping difference. Meezan ETF does not include IT sector which actually performed recently in a year.They need to upgrade the ETF composition and categorize them in low, medium and high profits based on the low, medium and high risk respectively. I did not missed the point but against the point itself. Investor should be shown all side of the picture!
@@mrkamran82 not everyone have the time, resources, technical education, financial literacy etc , this is where ETF's come in. They are 💯% better than Mutual Funds.

Investment does not need time , it’s one time long term decision to make for at least 2 or 3 years. I hope you know the difference between trader and investor! This is paid content video so it’s not showing the full picture to investors. There must be a complete information but here it is not. Why people don’t buying ETF and prefer individual stocks is the fact which you can see these days.
@@mrkamran82 are you sure what are talking about? Investment definitely needs time, gambling doesn't. There are multiple prerequisites to investing. And who uses ETF to day trade? Anyone who want to invest in TRG kindly go through the financials. Its a day trading stocks and not an investing stock. Mr. Khan here seems more like a gambler rather then an investor.
ETF is good for who dont have time and knowledge to analyse every single share.
