Actually I have not made so much as a single dime from this video, or any other video that I have posted to TH-cam. There is no revenue to share with Scott Dunbar because, to date, I have not monetized my TH-cam channel. I would prefer to have no ads impeding viewing of my videos, but the music publishers of 'Billie Jean' put in a copyright claim to TH-cam some years ago and thus I have no choice in the matter in this case, and in some other videos I have posted where copyrighted music is reproduced. TH-cam now automatically detects music content in videos, even if it is just music in the background of a video one has posted. TH-cam has placed ads on some of my raw videos of protests in Montreal because identifiable music was being played during the protests. I am not sure how much ad revenue would have been generated from this video if I had monetized my account from Day One, but I would certainly have shared it with Scotty if I had made any. It may not be as much as you seem to think in any case, hardly enough to base a "career" on to be sure.
