Brings tears to my eyes. This song by the great Akshaya Mohanty is one of my favorite. I still remember the moment I read about his departure. I still remember him singing in a program at Ravenshaw college- he was saying “C# C#”, in those days I did not understand. The first song was “Nadi ra nama Alasa Kanya”.

Bibhu, this is breathtaking!Spectacular singing with story telling on non other than Sri Akshya Mohanty, our Namashya, the pride of Odisha. Rightfully released on Gurudivas by his favorite student & eldest son! Some one has to be blissfully fortunate to have acquired such status which you did from the day one for him. Your strikingly melodious & super expressive voice no wonder takes over everyone’s heart! Obviously my eyes are soaked with roaming memories of Akshaya Mohanty’s time spent with us. I was blessed to have sang one duet song with him, he made me do that! Awesome Bibhu, you made history on this day of Sept 5th, 2020. My salutation to you for resonating Sri Akshya Mohanty’s voice! He seems awfully alive!

We worked together for a couple of years, but I did not come to know you are such a wonderful singer. Listening to your singing while closing my eyes I couldn't differentiate your voice from Akshaya Mohanty. It is a revelation for me today and of course much late. Had I come to know it then I would have persuaded you to return to singing. Congratulations.

Very less people showed interest as they cudnt und the depth of this concept n I hope they und it now!! But finally u came up on ur own creating such a beautiful programme n renditions.. I have heard such many stories about Shri Akhaya Mohanty from U n the way u present them with emotions no other person from Industry can!! Even I cud see those tears rolling down while narrating.. just dat lighting n backdrop had a red effect it's not clear.. Definitely it was a dream project for U n m happy dat it has finally come up...wud love to see some more.. rgrds

Bibhu, your narration was pure, from the bottom of the heart and depicts a seamless connect with the great Akshaya Mohanty. The ICU scene pulls one into an emotional splurge. Did you ever realise that you were his soulmate? Otherwise how and why would he connect with you like that? It’s a divine blessing my friend. And you still have maintained your voice so well . There is barely any change in last 40 odd years. Just keep singing.
