  • This vid was asked by Shard and Mao to celebrate the most exciting touge battle they had so far. Yes, the footage is taken from a real battle, I tought it deserved a cinematic and, why not, another What If (this time based on 7th, since GTR is a R34).
I like to imagine this battle during the Todou + Purple Shadow meeting, like one of the races the series doesn't show (since Nakazato joined it), aka a Bonus Filler.

One moment Nakazato sold his R32 to buy an R34

My Fri- I mean. Team-mate Nakazato scares me for that reason. He thinks it is all about engine power.

    Mao here!
Just happy to see this being immortlized on your channel means a lot to me that our race was editted by you.
your talent is something else, just thank you once again.
This race was between me and my Rival shard for the past four years, and this run was us going balls to the wall with both cars.
Hope everyone who is gonna see this race is gonna enjoy it to the fullest!

Thats really cool to imagine if they kept racing in between/after a bit in the anime timeline so we can see every character evolution after being beaten by takumi or the other characters so they are not repeating the same mistakes that make they fail or lose before.

Oh Nakazato. Trading in your old R32. What's next... a Lamborgrini?
At thing point you are the scarier leader for the Night Kids.

And so.. Nakazato's losing streak continues xD
He should really consider going back to his original black S13.

I dont wanna spoiler the ending, just say this time I took a real online battle as it was, and turned it into a cinematic. So I had no control on how things evolve, unlike when I work for my series (where we drive following a plot that’s already established). Read desc for other infos

    Amazing video!
The creativity surrounding the battles where each character characteristic is explored is very remarkable. Certainly, both in skills and reactions, they are reminiscent of Initial D, showing the essence of the series. Continue with this beautiful work where you revive this work in a splendid way.

That was not a ram, dude, just a small bump, but I still don't like it too.

    • @superspeeder9184
      @superspeeder9184 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

If it makes you feel any better, there was no bump in the actual run. It just got close and Mahem used sound effects and stuff to make it seem like there was a bump to fit Tomoyuki's style. Mao got on the inside of me fair and square in that corner, which is very impressive, because the run was an unscripted battle we both wanted to win, and i left maybe half a car width there.

@@FleshToDustit's not clean driving, but it IS allowed in professional racing. It's a very common move in NASCAR called the Bump n Run. As they say: rubbing is racing. Another example is Shane Van Gisgbergen of V8 Supercars, he uses that trick quite often
