Very cool configuration! How did you keep the battery clear of the prop? Also, batteries have now spiked to $300 for TB-48. Not only would I like batteries more accessible, I’d also like to see if I can put a different transmitter/receiver on it.

Did you try charging the battery by (a) pulling the cover, (b) unhooking the battery pin connecting the battery electronics, (c) connecting the battery terminals (+) & (-) directly to your charger using alligator clips?

Hey pm me i have been messing around with this mod for about 2 years i think us both can get this right im gettin around 19min with t motor 15 /5 props yes!.. 15inch and minor 48 mods that’s also flying with the z3 just a usaf drone veteran crew chief here. I think we can get 25min plus with a bit of fine adjustments. Including firmware edit with python.
Folks, I tried last year to change the config of the bq chip... I can log into it with the Texas Instrument software and communication box and I can read the basic config. However in order to change the settings it needs to be unlocked and unfortunately DJI didn't use the default password... so I lost a bit of interest... There are a couple of softwares around designed to hack laptop batteries that could in principle be used to solve this, but I haven't done any followup with those. Also a simple hack would be to solder in parallel to the shunt resistors another set of resistors to halve it so that the chip will count half of the current and we could use a double size battery... a few options there to consider I guess...
@@vincenzomiceli if you are talking UNSEAL, most say ev2300 will unlock?? but haven't started looking for one, and testing....but im interested in a resistor thing, do you have a drawing or photos ?
@@CRUZROYHelicopters the ev2300 will simply allow you to connect your pc to the chip and use TI software. To unseal you need to know the password... no other way around it...

DJI 600 matrices batteries use TB 47S same battery, can find T 159.00 and change the top cap from TB 47 to TB 47S

what sucks i cant get python to work well with windows ten, it works better on 7, but it more in the tb47/48 board BQ chips, they hold all the data
