I notice your first order came from their USA site. Much different purchase than when you order from their Ecuador site. The ones from Ecuador are much cheaper but always require a lot of acclamation and rehabbing. I have ordered from both for years. There is a big difference. Nice plants. I ❤️ your dog. 💚🌿🌱🍃

I have ordered from their site a couple of times. Thankfully, I live close to their custom's broker in Miami so I can pick them up before they are shipped for a 2nd time. I have been pretty happy with the quality of the plants. And the prices are great!!!
Wow! That's super convenient. I heard people also arrange to pick up their orders at their orchid shows. Definitely will look into that to see if the plants arrive in better shape.

Great video! I have ordered from them dozens of times. Their customer service is awesome. However, with the huge surge of plant demand they are rushing to send out plants that are of lesser quality and unrooted. Nice haul.
The first order was from the US site. The rest weren't. The former needed way less rehab. The El Chocos are just now acclimating outside of my green house.

It really depends. Usually 2-3 weeks. I know they just resumed shipping. I just received my order that I placed back in November. They don't ship over the winter season.
You literally have to catch them when they restock. Occasionally they may be able to add in a plant if you email them about a order you just placed. Plants are scarce everywhere at the moment.

Mine came unrooted and it all of its leaves fell while I tried to root it. It's still alive but it's tiny. I hope you have better luck 🙏🏻

They don't. They ship from their Florida site. So phyto is not needed.

Thanks! No, they arrived as developed plants. I don't believe they were originally from seedlings as many were mid or top cuttings.
