Hey guys! In today's video, I'll be reviewing the brand new Zara x Jo Malone Vibrant Cities collection as well as the Zara Emotions collection (not new, but still including it 😜)! I got an email notification about the Vibrant Cities collection and I ordered it immediately, I wanted to recommend some great affordable fragrances (if I ended up loving them of course)! I always hesitated buying Santal 33 again after my full bottle was emptied out some time ago. Then Zara brought out Energetically New York, bought it, tested it, blown away by it. It‘s the freshier version of Santal 33, i loooove the orangey note in the beginning that energizes me esp. during this dark moody winter days. Once it settled down, the orangey note mellows out and i‘m left with woody sweet light leathery scent. So divine!

I came here for the review of Vibrant Cities, but listened to your review of Emotions. Ebony wood is that GIRL! I cannot get enough of this scent! I also layers well with Vetiver Pamplemousse on my skin. It was definitely a shocking combination for me.

It is BEAUTIFUL and definitely where it’s at !! 👏🏽💯 And I don’t even like Rose scents too much 😭 The notes were not impressive but I LOVE the scent. Ebony Wood & Amalfi Sunray are my favorite from the emotions line. Ebony Wood is where it’s at too !! 💖🤩 Great review ! 😊

You are the “only” person that describes bohemian bluebells as dated, and the fact the you think it smell like an old antique shop covered in dust… omg!! I totally agree lol, I thought that too, I’m surprised that other people don’t share the same opinion. Also to me it smells like hippies, I don’t know what a hippie smells like but I imagine them to smell like this perfume, a bit old fashioned, herbal and definitely like a charity shop smell and perhaps and slight burning of incense burning at the background… overall you have given a true description of this perfume and I share the same view as you 😊

Your descriptions will never be accurate, except as to my personal experience with the perfume and taste. We vibe girl! Fragrance is personal so to each their own... and it's wise not to rely solely on reviews and first impressions, right? Shine on!

Oh I forgot to ask! Im deathly afraid or the pickle issue with sandalwood I’ve only experienced it with a Pacifica scent but now I’m scared! Do you get any dill or pickle with the NY one?
I appreciate these, even going back and looking at the old ones! Due to you, I found ebony wood. Most of them? Junk. Tbh I would have rated them as bad as VS! Ha but…there’s ahout 3 i dig…and I’m about to try some of the men’s…hey I like to smell rich!! But I’m not 😅 oh have you tried the new men’s fl orientals? Dessert on the Sand ha or something like that 🤷♀️ and the sunset something or other ha ??

Hi Anne. First of all sorry for my bad english hehe...
Wanna share my experience with Fleur de patchouli with you, mine was completely opposite; i smelled at Zara and inmediatly I thinked "my girl is gonna love this one", so I bought a full bottle. Maybe it has been reformulated (Zara also usually does) but the bottle I bought has a very solid performance, lasts many hours on skin (7-8 in her dry skin) and projects very strong first 2-3 hours
Even when she sprays her self on mild weather, I get overwhelmed.
From Vibrant cityes we like New york for both and I also like the earthy vibe of Dubai

you should try the zara le petite lullaby scent by jo malone, it smells like baby!

I definitely think Vibrant Cities was my overall favorite but Ebony Wood is a must try!!

I heard that Waterlily Tee dress is a dupe for Byredo Gypsy Water...did you agree? (if you know Gypsy Water) greetz from germany❤
No I don't agree. They are both fresh, and have green and citrus notes, but Gypsy Water has a woody, powdery, lightly creamy vanilla, ambery quality to it as well. Waterlily Tea Dress is more aquatic, white floral, minty, limey, a bit of green tea. Hope that helps :)

Wear what YOU love. Consider who will be around you, but anyone can wear any fragrance.
Zara rich warm addictive in the men's tobacco line is really nice, there's an intense dark version too.
I was curious about these new zara x jo malone too, I like ebony woods a lot.
The 7 virtues santal vanille is $105 cad for the bottle, not really affordable.
Yeah I used to own that one, it's good!
The 7 Virtues isn't a cheapie by any means, yes, but compared to a lot that's on the market I see it as more affordable :)

I ordered two bottles because sometimes they seem short run/limited edition. I just (also) ordered THREE bottles of red temptation, nose blind. It got here today after I waited three months ... and I don’t really like it it smells like a guy at a nightclub. Or? Do you have a review of Red Temptation??
Ahhhh I didn’t watch the video far enough before I ordered otherwise I would have gotten velvetier Pamplemousse - smelling like grapefruit is my jam, I love v fresh citrus scents

Oh my gosh I love that 😅❤️! And yess, Zara launches and then discontinues so fast 😫. I haven't tried Red Temptation! I've heard you get the same latex/medicinal quality as you do with Baccarat, so I haven't been interested, looking for a "Baccarat" without that!
Red Temptation is allegedly similar to BR 540.
Red temptation is supposed to be a dupe for br540. I think yes it does have the about 80% similarities

I Will never trust a review that is not based on a perfumed that is owned, tested and tried on for a while by the review. Thus review is very dishonest. Buy the perfumes- try them - wear them in different weather conditions and on different occasions through out a whole day- Then give a review.
