Although we willingly paid in. In my case my late husband made me opt for the married woman's opt out that was possible then. I was too young to really understand and trusted him, he was quite a bit older and a mathematician and I paid my salary into the household budget. When he died when I was in my early 40s I found he had withdrawn his pension saying he was going abroad! I am now on a lower than necessary pension, I worked all through my life as I didn't have any money if I did not go out to work. I assumed my husband had been paying my pension, it was what he led me to believe.

They didn’t think we’d live that long ,gave me an extra six years of working as I worked all my life I lost out for heating allowance . The government should not be allowed to have benefits ie extra houses so they be near London ,they should work from home or travel to work as every one else does. They claim expenses rip us off doesn’t matter which government is in charge.

My mum was taken into hospital with constipation. I didn't know at the time, but they put her in a single room on an 'end of life ward'. We had been told she would be coming home the next day, but when I arrived to collect her and couldn't find a nurse anywhere on the ward, I was eventually told by a cleric that she had been admitted with severe breathing problems and would be remaining in hospital. I went to see her in her room where she had 'nil by mouth' on her door. she had no breathing problem and cried when she saw me and begged me to get her out of there.
Eventually I found a doctor on this 'no staff ward' and explained she'd been admitted to sort out her constipation and had this been sorted. He said he had no notes about constipation. I told him I had full POA and would be taking her home. He informed me that if necessary they could overthrow my POA. I became loud and said, "YOU ARE NOT KILLING MY MUM" and told them that I would kick up such fuss and go to the local papers. He decided to allow me to discharge her.
I took her home where a district nurse came and sorted out her constipation. She was fine for a further two years before passing.

My mum is 92 and the dr's surgery, that she'd been with for 65 yrs, told me that they weren't interested in her as she was 90. Mum refused the vaccination, they prescribed a tablet that would have killed her. One dr put her on Sertraline for 20 yrs so after a mild stroke she rapidly went downhill, was diagnosed dementia and couldn't walk without falling. As her carer I got a rare malignant tumour from the stress of looking after mum. 5 yrs after the stroke I got her off Sertaline, it took 4 months. Mum has got her life back, she can't remember 5 yrs of her life. One chemist told me they are trying to get rid of the elderly, they'll not get rid of her on my watch. I have had her tablets reduced from 18 to 4. A lot of elderly are drug driving too without realising it. Thankfully mum gave up driving 20 yrs ago. Our elderly need love and support especially with this evil, corrupt and satanic government. God bless each and everyone of us🙏🙏🙏

People need to understand that Starmer works for the WEF not the British people. A massive part of the WEF Agenda 30 is depopulation with Starmer and his political masters avowed eugenicists who wish to rid the world of what they consider 'useless eaters'. The elderly and disabled in Britain are an obvious first target for achieving their depopulation goal, the assisted dying bill the removal of the winter fuel allowance and making medicines more expensive are just some of the methods they are using in pursuit of this aim, others globally will include war, famine and disease.

My friend Kathleen recently died in GH hospital, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. She was admitted with an infection, high temperature. I was with her throughout her first 24 hours in A and E unit. They SUSPECTED she’d had a heart attack, but never confirmed. In the early hours the nurses asked what painkillers she took. We BOTH answered cocodamol. They then went on to ask if she’d ever been administered liquid morphine. Kathleen answered years ago after a hip operation complication. The next day I was tiered and her son was able to take over and stay with my friend. I couldn’t sleep that night and texted her to check if she was awake and if she would be up for a chat. Her son texted me back saying Kathleen was in a coma, and the doctors had ceased all medical support and she hadn’t long to live. This dumbfounded me, as when I left her we we’re laughing and joking and she was looking forward to me taking her home. I and my husband were living with her while she was awaiting moving into a new apartment, where she had asked me to support her, and I’d agreed.
Sorry this is a long message. I got to the hospital that same day (within 36 hours from her admittance). She was in a coma. Her drip had been removed, as well as her antibiotics, but she was receiving injections into her stomach of liquid morphine.
I asked what on earth had happened, and expressed my confusion as to how this was happening? I was told a doctor had advised her son to prepare for Kathleen passing within hours. She didn’t. I visited her daily and on 2 occasions stayed overnight with her. On the third day on a different ward she awoke. She had full cognitive awareness. I asked if she was thirsty and she indicated that she was. I went to give her a drink and her 2 sisters refused me doing this and sent for a nurse. I was told that because Kathleen was receiving palliative care, that I wasn’t allowed to give my friend a drink of water. Her sisters then asked for pain relief for Kathleen, and liquid morphine was administered and within minutes she was back in a coma. I was shocked and upset and repeated to her sisters and the nurse that Kathleen was cognitively aware and was entitled to receive water if she was thirsty. Kathleen even was able to mention her moving date “(that Friday, the move)” it was the first thing she uttered. I was told not to interfere, that administering of water would cause her to choke to death. Present was also another friend of Kathleen’s, her oldest and best, and she also was disturbed by what had transpired. Her sons had agreed to palliative care only and Kathleen was nil by mouth, and I was to comply, but I confess I didn’t. I stayed with her overnight and gave her continuous drops of water onto her tongue, constantly moistening her mouth with liquid on a sponge, unfortunately I couldn’t stay 24/7, and her son would take over during the day, and her sisters would visit for a few hours most days. I noticed the day after my protests on Kathleen being refused water that the nil by mouth sign had been removed , I was told by a Kathleen’s twin sister that a nurse had tried to give Kathleen a glass of water, but it made her start to choke, so this was discontinued. She went on to say that Kathleen had said that she had indicated that she did not want to be resuscitated should her heart stop, so she had doing so declined ANY care to keep her alive. I AGAIN disputed this because she was alive, and by my own discernment was being kept in a morphine coma till she died. The ONLY treatment that Kathleen was allowed throughout was liquid morphine, given without her permission. She finally died on the same day she was due to move into her new home, 78 years old. My ONLY consolation is that I honest believe that she is now in a far better płace, and far away from people who I sincerely believe helped to shorten the life of a very beautiful and special, WONDERFUL human being. The reason for sharing this with you amazing folk is to WARN people who may find themselves in hospital for whatever reason, PLEASE tell them wherever it’s possible to REFUSE liquid morphine at all costs, as it can be used to comatose you, and enable others to refuse you the treatment that you need to survive, even those who truly believe that they have your best treatment at heart. I’ve lost a beloved friend, and confess that I’m still, now, reeling from it all. Thank you for giving me the space to share. I believe my blessed friend was euthanised, and her family duped into cooperating.❤

being put on palliative care and they had ceased all food and drink.
She died on that ward alone but surrounded by other patients, strangers …..
I had gone to visit her and the curtains were closed around her bed as I went to go inside the curtains a nurse came running up to me
to say that she had died.
Rigor mortis had already began to set in …..they hadn’t checked in on her and had only realised that she had passed just before
      I arrived at the hospital….she was 72.
She only had me and her daughter (who has learning disabilities).

Huge contradiction in means tested pensions. Imagine for a moment it is health and or education. When people do have the money to pay for their child’s education the government don’t like it. When there is the money to ‘go private’, they don’t like this either. Why would anybody pay into a system knowing they will get nothing out. Further , why would you happily pay into something given away to anybody and everybody else?
The system will turn nasty or it will collapse entirely, assuming that isn’t happening already.

Well, the nice people in the government need your hard earned pensions to give away to the nearest strapping 6ft 4 , starving, 14 stone well groomed gent , that decides he needs to leave his place of origin and come here to have a free holiday for life .
Millions more like him lining up to come to Treasure Island . Watch out,
you naughty older folk, you need to pay for your evil colonial past (especially the ones who benefited from this and are now 189 years old, some are actually going on for 220years of age… amazing )
You know the elderly folk we are targeting, the W***E privileged types, they live in stately homes, but that’s all for show really, they say they can only afford to heat one of their 45 rooms.
But., Try pointing out that these same old British people who have been subject to the same elite slave system as every other race and nation , have grafted their knackers off for EVERYTHING they’ve ever owned but for some reason someone has decided that we need to give everything we’ve worked hard for, away .
They want your house.. your pension, your ‘free’ NHS privileges, but to get that they need your life first
Easy if you think about it

They are there to give us a sense that we have a choice. Inequality in the number of votes needed to elect someone. The fact that the civil servants who advise ministers do not change but are themselves part of an unwieldy system governed by capital. There is no alternative I can see: Marxism, Communism do not work. National Socialism we fought against and we have repeatedly fought against republicanism: France, USA. We are deserving of what we worked for but now seen as a weak and easy target.

If they are on benefits then they still receive the Winter Fuel Payment. The Conservatives also knew this but did not have the courage to implement the policy that Labour has introduced. Labour has not taken away anyone’s pension but the Conservatives did put back the age at which people can receive their pension. Any of the current problems within the NHS have been caused by the Conservative governments and not Labour. You are blaming the wrong party and you can expect things to improve.

The labour government takes away the winter fuel allowance from a lot of the pensioners, and an elderly person goes to the hospital who is very ill they likely to get a do not resuscitate notice and be on a trolley in the hospital corridor. The elderly are referred to as bed blockers or the ageing population (a burden on the economy). Something must be done.

Where I live our hospitals are over filled with the elderly, living well past their expiry date.
Instead of these wealthy families selling grandma's house and possession to pay for a nice retirement community home, they drop her off at emergency, and let the tax payer foot the bill stealing grandma's wealth.
So yes, old people are a burden to society, and why should we the tax payer foot the bill when her own children are stealing everything she owns and leaving her care to us??? Why should we the tax payer keep her alive when her own family doesn't care and left her for dead???
It's not just the government who has turned their backs on the elderly, it is the elderly OWN CHILDREN and GRANDCHILDREN who have left their grandparents to die a lonely death in a hospital geriatric ward, in favor of stealing their wealth.

I'm not a people person but I have and always will be there for you folks over any other generation. At 52 will there even be a pension for me? Um ... about the marching ... they CAN! Just because you are old, it does not mean you cannot march! I have attended many marches, and most of us were over 60. The problem is that way too many people moaning are too bloody lazy, or selfish! It is so much easier to be a KEYBOARD WARRIOR! Sit at home in comfort (and warmth) where there is no (you think) chance of being arrested. Just add "I am there in spirit" to your moans, so you can feel righteous rant ... and you can "feel" you have done your part. No you have not! If disabled older people like myself can work out ways to go without, in order to get to London, so can you. Go without a few beers, nail does. And make the trip. Bring food and drink with, to penalise the shops in central London. And, march with other patriots to PROVE you stand FOR this country.

They say charity begins at home but our overlords prefer to give billions towards a war that was entirely avoidable in the first place. The Americans sent Bozo the Clown over to Zelensky to dissuade him from negotiating with Putin which at one point he was prepared to do. Zelensky took the bait with Johnson assuring him that NATO and American and European money would ensure an inevitable victory. I'm afraid there is as yet no victory in sight so our government's money might as well have been thrown into an incinerator. Meanwhile, people like yourself and millions like you must suffer and not even a measly £300 towards winter fuel bills. And this from a so-called 'socialist' government. At least in the Sixties, men like Harold Wilson had the good sense to stay well out of the debacle that was Vietnam.

I have, certainly, started to worry about this. The reduction of the winter fuel allowance, potential removal of free prescriptions and, the rumoured, removal of free bus passes have all led to a picture of a Government that views older people as 'unimportant' or even 'expendable'. The government does not seem to remember that we worked and paid tax for all our lives and, yet, we are now tagged as 'economically inactive' as we spend less money and no longer work. Are we being 'culled' not yet, at least not directly. Removal of bus passes may well lead to less activity in older age and premature death as a result. The cost of prescriptions will be crippling (literally) for many people. My question is do the Government care? Sadly it seems not.

I’m still very young but I have been lucky to have visited a few countries where I noticed that that older people are the most respected because they have lived the longest and the wisest and they have worked very hard to make the world we live in today. Why is it the different here? We need to change the way we think about this. I think the problem is because the government and media fill our heads with so much nonsense that most people don’t know what’s real or important. Let’s have a national holiday where we celebrate our elders. A day where we remember all the good that they have done for us. That’s the best I can come up with. I’m 9 years old

He walked in under his own steam, was asking for something to eat or drink. He took himself to the toilet. We were told it was OK to go home. That was the last time my dad spoke. He was led in bed with a needle in him and never woke again. 3 weeks later he was dead. They killed him. How could he walk in and talking then nothing the day after.

When I left him to see to my young family after 6 weeks he was on the mend because we made sure he ate and drank as nurses rarely checked and at another hospital they left him because they said he was aggressive... a 79 year old man whose hands were mangled, was delerious from dehydration and frightened without his wife. Only when came was he able to eat. Less than 6 months later I got the call to rush home and he was like a pow.... and 4 days later he passed away at home surrounded by his loving family. His home carers were the best example of proper, dignified care way above the NHS!
