- JapShow was a scorcher of a day this year and it was packed full of Japanese Cars & Bikes, track time was lacking in race cars due to most of them saving themselves for Doorslammers this weekend but we did have the pleasure of seeing the M&M Racing Blown V8 Mk3 Supra doing some test passes in preparation for the 7.60 Heads Up class at Doorslammers.

@@db9023 the Milano red is 260whp (296bhp) K20/K24 full bolt on forged bottom end (needs valve stem seals before people start saying "oh why is it smoking so much oil hah).
The Championship white one is a Mugen 200 with a full Aero Mugen bodykit + Rotrex Supercharger C30-94 running 373bhp :)

Glue’d and sledded in the morning then just sledded after that, RWYB tracks are never full prep
It was super sticky.
@@mk1kieran only reason I ask is that I see alot of cars, including the ‘lower powered’ ones spin a lot at Santa pod. Went to a Rwyb the states last year and it was a cool evening at a small time racetrack where the cars just gripped and went.
My nan launches harder than some of these drivers 😂
Also that surface looks absolutely shocking, why is it so bumpy?
why doesn't anyone mention the surface is literally a rumble strip with symmetric spacing in the strips !?
the go karts are practically bouncing, look how the light reflects off it 💀 . It stands out like a saw thumb why is it like that ? others are not like that
It’s not the track making them skip it’s the tyre grabbing and letting go.
Wheel hop happens to all sorts of vehicles.
Nobody mentions it because nothing is wrong with it.

its clearly not smooth or the light wouldn't glimmer on the surface like that. Only way that can happen is if the ground is physically high low high low high low / ripples/ rubble strip . You can physically hear the karts revs rising like they're going over a cobble stone road .

Watch 0:54 - 0:58 secs as the kart transitions from the smooth starting patch of ground /xmas tree to the bouncy rumble surface , watch it several times , the ground gets bumping barely a few meters past the lights .
