Pineapple upside down cake in my style / Canada 's winter

Canada's winter evenings and nights are long, cold and dark. It makes you feel sad. Then, it is a great idea to indulged yourself in cooking delicious and warm food. In one of that evening when I was feeling blue. I decided to make a pineapple cake. I didn't even have all the ingredients in my hand. However, I still decided to go for it by replacing cherries with blueberries and sour cream with pineapple juice. And, it cam out so well that my family loved it. The cake was not super impressive by the look but the taste as well as the texture was great. I hope you will also like it.
