I used to go hard into this game, loved the simplicity and feel of it. Reminded me of Bo2 and games of that time, slowly stopped playing, started and stopped here and there. And now 4 years later it looks and feels almost like a mainline game, and yeah, the camo grind when I started wasn't nearly as big, gave up as soon as I saw how many weapons had been added. Can't say I'm happy about how it changed over time, lost its charm personally. But you definitely have to remember that this is a mobile game, that comes with all the problems that gatchas and mobile games come with.
More cod m please, this game has such a large community that’s gone unrecognized for too long
As someone who grinds CODM, advice for Jev:
Shipment 24/7 if your saving grace and even when it’s not on the playlist, you can go to free for all, click maps, then select shipment so you only get in shipment lobbies.
You can get weapon XP cards in the shop that will level up your weapon without you having to play.
The seasonal camos are only able to be unlocked in tournaments that happen over the weekend and it’s super easy to unlock.

If you want to grind faster I suggest hardpoint/domination in shipment or rust for the longshots
I have a question I can't spend money on codm and when I enter tournament I got some camos and one selectable camos will it reset next week or can I only get 1 camo?

Oh thanks now I can get camos for every weapon easily.
Also, maxing out a weapon's levels gives it prestige, this prestige shows the stats of your weapon (weapon stats are not counted until you finally get your weapon to max level, then it starts tracking the stats of your weapon) and allows you to get cool rewards like a calling card with the weapon that you maxed out with in the calling card
Anyways, that is not the main topic for what i am also tipping, since your weapon cant level up anymore and only levels up prestige, excess xp is converted into weapon exp cards
Getting a skin for a weapon/operator ability allows you to access both after, like for example, you get a Betwixt skin on the m21 ebr, assuming you havent unlocked the sniper you are now given access to it
You also dont have to level up to unlock every weapon in every category of weapons in the game, for ARs, Snipers(? Im mostly unsure for the tasks you gotta do to unlock em all), and PDWs, and Marksman Rifles just getting 30 headshots for them to unlock the rest, for most shotguns get 15 longshot kills for them
Pretty F2P friendly id say, when i first discovered the 2nd tip i thought that you only had the weapon temporarily, gladly i was wrong
You can buy perks, operator abilities, battle royale classes, and scorestreaks in the store for only 2000 credits each

I actually just got into Cod Mobile last week after completing everything in MW2 and Warzone being stale & have been having an absolute blast.
They even have Rebirth Island (Alcatraz) in the BR mode right now which is sooo much fun!
its also available every weekend from thursday to sunday lol

Proud of you Jev. I have been playing Codm for a while and I cannot imagine the anxiety of starting the game now with all the content and stuff being thrown at you. It would be too much at once for me

I just started a month ago. Took me a minute to get the hang of it, but we got there. Legendary in mp & am about to be legendary in br. Have gold for mp5 & Diamond for grau Maddox & butterfly knife. Have several skins too but only ones I was able to get without spending a dime. I've been grinding hard but it's worth it. Love playing more than my console now. It's collecting dust. I'm a thumb player, having trouble sniping but we'll get there

Everything you need to know for the cod mobile mastery grind.
You don't need to do any secondarys like pistols or launchers. They are not needed for damascus.
The weapon challenges are very similar to mw19's challenges them self and the attachments work the same as mw19 for most weapons and some are like cold wars attachments.
Diamond camo is just obsidian camo. Same challange really but you can't get multiple done in 1 game so it is alot harder then getting a obsidian.
You can select any map any mode whenever you want by clicking on gamemodes then maps.
The fastest way to grind is hard point shipment and for Longshots any map can be good but I reccomend high-rise especially for snipers.
For diamond (obsidian grind) free for all shipment is the best because it's only 20 kills to finish a game which means you can do 2 weapons per game since it's 10 kills in a game for 1 progression for the challange and you cannot do multiple in one game.
There are lots and lots of different ways to unlock xp cards which just adds levels to your weapons. Just like mw19 cold war and vangaurd the longest part of the grind is Leveling up your gun not the camos them self.
And never worry about que times because the game will always fill the match with bots after 30 seconds of que time. That being said playing on an emulator makes your lobbys 95% bots. So while they will be easy for getting camos. It might get boring after a while. Hope you go for the grind jev because it's just as good as the main series grinds in my opinion.
turns out i was wrong on not doing all the weapons apparently that was a glitch since i did Damascus about half a year ago I didn't know they changed it
Dude ur way off. U do need all weapons unlocked now to get Damascus. They fixed it.
U can play shipment hp and switch guns after 10 kills and get multiple diamond guns every game. It’s been that way since diamond started. Gotta get ur facts straight buddy.

I thought the wait for a pub match maxed our at 43 seconds? Been a year since but most of this is spot on. Only thing I would say to Jev, use flashbangs against bots. They completely stop moving and it'll be easy to get headshots. Also, once he gets actual players, games in shipment (remember, in my expirence) teams will be composed of 3 players and 2 bots. Every couple matches you'll get a full bot lobby, but it doesn't last. Players will join your team (to the limit of 3) but the enemy team'll still be fully bots.

They all get excited over a new CoD game…..after some time it loses its charm and they start seeing its problems
Jev, if you are seriously considering COD mobile, consider the following:
1. You will likely run into a lot of bots, especially since you’re on an emulator. The game has SBMM and having bot lobbies is one of the results.
2. Over time, you will start to recognize which players are bots and which are real. Typically, they have pretty basic skins, use off-meta weapons, and act really stupid (but sometimes overpowered) in lobbies. However, their usernames typically don’t change, and so if you play enough, you’ll basically memorize which names are bots and which ones you’ve rarely seen.
3. Bots act depending on your skill level. They CAN jump, they CAN strafe, but they can never move like an actual player, like they’ll act stupid, randomly change direction, walk the wrong way, “react slowly”, etc… Sometimes this actually benefits them as they will “dodge” your iron sight (I’ve followed them before and they literally wiggle faster than you can follow). When you encounter one, it’s only a matter of time before they kill you, and 90% of the time, when they actually hit you, they will kill you. So don’t screw around with them TOO much.
4. Save certain shotguns for a hardcore rotation, because some of them suck for long shots. These include the HS2126, the Striker, the Echo, and the Shorty (secondary). Hardcore playlists ARE rare though, so keep an eye out for it. You can try using slug rounds but I never found it to be much easier.
5. Consider running the FHJ launcher in Ranked.
6. The NA45 is a very weird sniper. For the long shots, if your kills are not tracking, you MUST then headshot them at a distance.
Anyways, maybe you won’t get into the grind but if you do end up becoming bored, then consider this advice.

Now this is my game! I’ve been playing since 2019 and have every weapon Damascus and every gun diamond as well. Not to mention I also play every ranked season, multiplayer and BR. Jev, if you play this game and decide to do this grind, it will be truly be one other the most infuriating challenges you will ever take on.

I have almost every AR leveled up to gold, all marksman rifles on gold and now platinum, almost all smgs gold, and almost all lmgs gold. It is a helluva grind process but it's so satisfying. Can't wait to see your progress. Keep the awesome content coming.

To put it in perspective, the camo grind is ridiculous on this game due to the amount of weapons you have to get gold now but the actual challenges for it are nothing close to MW2019. I think you can do it.

You can apply mastery camps onto blueprints so you get the shape and effects of the blueprint but eith the master overtop
Keep in mind u don’t need every weapon from each class. U only need so many, and the tournament camos are mostly random but they’re SUPER easy to get, especially when u get like 4 to 5 every week, during the tournaments
I want more videos of CODM, im a fanatic since i dont own a pc or next gen consoles. PLEASE MAKE MORE VIDEOS

I highly recommend you reach out to some Call of Duty Mobile veterans to learn the in's and out's of this game in particular. There's a lot going on and a lot of stuff you can miss out on and misunderstand if you don't know what you're doing!
Great video, CODM have the most guns in entire cod, every season have new skin and new guns from previous cod. Btw there is less people play in emulator, so its hard to get real player, i think u can get some real player in ranked, like 1 or 2 in master rank

with the camo grind there are levels to the camos based off of when they were introduced... for example for platinum pistols i got plat after getting most of the OG pistols gold rather than having to get the new ones gold

The mastery camos can be used on top of the weapon skins. Activision is only the publisher while Timi studios develops the game. Timi studios is part of Tencent which is why this game has all the cool asian cosmetics like in LoL and Valorant.
In codm you can put the mastery skins on top of legendary/mythic blueprints which is cool af

Jev you actually can slide cancel on this game but it’s easier to do with touch controls. Idk how to slide cancel on emulator but yes slide cancelling is not only possible but like the biggest part of the movement meta.
