This gives me an idea I'm going to become a crack dealer but instead of the usual dilapidated crack house I'm going to have a really fancy place and call it a drug dealership, might even offer 0% finance aswell.

Ah, definitely. I was strangely the dishwasher _and_ the one that made pizzas while the actual cooks were doing the more elaborate dishes. We had a stone oven that could cook an entire pizza in a minute and a half, but I was instructed on setting it for 2, and to be really cheap with ingredients. I felt horrible doing that and actually improved the process, I started adding more sauce and cheese and toppings, making them the way _I'd like_ to have my pizza. I ended up being really liked by the owner of the place that one time I made him one, but not with my immediate boss. But we went from serving one or two pizzas a night to more than ten every single time. I ended up quitting because everyone did blow, tho. And considering I already struggled with alcoholism back then, yeah, didn't need that. I hope they kept my process around, just for the sake of good food.

When I order Pizza I almost always go for a Kebab Pizza, a pizza with marinara, cheese, kebab, topped with a salad (iceberg, tomato, red onion, cucumber) & garlic sauce. Also a few Jalapeno. It's a pizza AND a salad, very popular in Sweden.

I always order one in memory of my friend. He loved them and always asked for pepperoni slices in it. Makes it tolerable. This was also his favorite episode.
On a friend's death anniversary I always eat pancakes with bacon, no eggs, he didn't like eggs so when he came over I would make breakfast and that is how I do it. Brings up a lot of happy memories

@@ZGlove. the pizza and salad are only really touching on the delivery walk to the door. The pizza bag separates hot/cold in the car, or they can be sat separately by the driver. The main issue these people have with warm salads is they don't get to the door fast enough, and the ten minutes of delivery really messes with them.
Mediterranean salads are nearly the worst. Who the fuck wants a whole pepperoncini in their salad? Or *any* pepperoncini in their salad? Who the hell eats pepperoncinis anyway?! The only worse salad I can think of is original-style Cuban "salads", with which I'm unfortunately all too familiar, as I'm born and raised in Miami. They shred a bunch of iceberg lettuce, then put a big tomato slice on it (not wedge, not even diced, but a broad disk of tomato like you would put on a burger) and a slice of yellow onion. And that's all you get. The whole thing is literally presented to you like burger toppings you got on the side. Then they give you stale old olive oil and plain vinegar (separate from each other, not even shaken together) to sprinkle on top of it along with some salt. Then you have to eat the whole thing with a fork and knife because you have to cut the fucking burger tomato and burger onion into bite-sized pieces. It's a disgrace.

It comes with the pizza. Atleast in Finland, most of the pizzerias run by lebanese have really good, fresh salad, and you get 1 box of salad per one pizza and so on. I don't know about other places or countrys, but it works here. (Also, being that you pick up the salad yourself, from the distribution-things, one could just fill it up with chili and just use it as free chili.)
Why? They have olive oil, balsamic, olives, tomatoes, onions, and most of the ingredients are used on pizza anyways. Salad also absorbs the grease so your stomach doesn’t hurt and it compliments pizza well
I notice a lot of people in the comments saying things like "what do you expect from a pizza place?" The thing is, if they are gonna bother to offer it on their menu, they should get it right.
There's actually one Greek pizzeria where I live, and they actually make a decent salad. It has no white/brown tough parts, the salad is surprisingly fresh, tomatoes are nicely cut and so is the cucumbers, there's no jalopenos, there's marinated red onion and sweet peppers that are nice and crispy, they put fucking freshly made pesto on it like what, there's actual high quality feta cheese in it too, and there's warm bread croutons too. Aaaand you get to pick tuna, smoked salmon, or chicken as meat too. The dressing isn't overwhelming either, some slightly garlic tasting creamy sauce that doesn't drench the whole dish. And all of it costs around 10€ which is less than the average pizza. So I am one of the "weird ones" that buy a salad from a pizza place. Mainly because this one pizza place offers the best salad I have ever eaten, for cheaper than I can make it at home.
When I was in middle school I used to go after school to a little pizza place down the street with some buddies of mine every now and then. I swear this is exactly how that place made salads

Got to the door with a cold one separate from the food and found a hot salad IN THE BAG right on the pizza. Told the guy once I found it 'who the heck does that? nobody wants a warm salad!' and gave him the cold one.
It's ridiculous how true this is!! One time I had gotten a side Salad because it was a combo meal. The salad? A plate full of lettuce, two slices of tomato and a green pepper. They really served me this and called it a day smfh

It's offered as a convenience. Usually pizza places are suited for families or parties. Maybe not everyone wants pizza. And if it's on their menu it should be right. Personally I would never trust pizza place salads. I make my own or I go to Saladworks if I want pros to make it.
My local pizzeria actually makes the best chicken Cesar salads. Not to mention that their pizza is phenomenal too, but my place definitely makes a good salad

There's actually one Greek pizzeria where I live, and they actually make a decent salad. It has no white/brown tough parts, the salad is surprisingly fresh, tomatoes are nicely cut and so is the cucumbers, there's no jalopenos, there's marinated red onion and sweet peppers that are nice and crispy, they put fucking freshly made pesto on it like what, there's actual high quality feta cheese in it too, and there's warm bread croutons too. Aaaand you get to pick tuna, smoked salmon, or chicken as meat too. The dressing isn't overwhelming either, some slightly garlic tasting creamy sauce that doesn't drench the whole dish.
And all of it costs around 10€ which is less than the average pizza. So I am one of the "weird ones" that buy a salad from a pizza place. Mainly because this one pizza place offers the best salad I have ever eaten, for cheaper than I can make it at home.

It's offered as a convenience. Usually pizza places are suited for families or parties. Maybe not everyone wants pizza. And if it's on their menu it should be right. Personally I would never trust pizza place salads. I make my own or I go to Saladworks if I want pros to make it.
