We are so lucky to have Steve and John living here in Bethlehem, Pa. and they play out here quite a bit. I have seen Steve umpteen times, and met him on many occasions. A real good guy, if a little reserved. Very much a family man too.
Couldn't quite place it when I first watched the stream last year, but sounds like a little, "Birdland" quote tucked in there around the 12 minute mark.
He sounds a bit as if Bill Frisell had joined Little Feat…..although Kimock is highly individual…..there is even a tinge of 1974 Tommy Bolin somewhere in there….
