Good question. Usually I do this to save time. If I want a certain effect on all of my melodies (ex. reverb), I will route my melodies to the same channel and use that effect once instead of having to add the same effect to each melody channel (i.e. several times). Does that make sense?
@@KeelowsOnIG Yeah, sure. Usually my songs are not complex enough to justify more than 100 channels. There are usually not more than 20 or 30 aspects to one song I make.
