Two great warriors made for a fantastic fight. This was pretty entertaining to watch. Man, so much skill inside that ring. I only wonder why Harrison stopped attacking his lead leg... Either way, Charlie Boy earned this win. Dood fought some incredible people to get here.
i spoke to liam and he had a fight lined up and needed to not get injured if he had kept attacking im sure he would have stopped him
His leg kicks stopped working, charlie looked the solid fighter at the end. Sat back a lot but Liam couldn’t get through. Deserved the win.
You could see that charlie was looking to check the leg kicks as the fight went deeper , you can see liam feinting the leg to get him to commit . Then he would blast it
Charlie did win under the rule set. It wasn't a massive win but what he did and the few little mistakes that Liam did like slip over or fall over contributed to it. Liam took the 3rd round and Charlie edged the 4th and 5th but it was close. It's refreshing to see the best fight the best. Well done to both fighters.
Am gutted for Liam as am a big fan of his but half way through the fight I could see the peters was ahead. It was the right decision.

Oh ya!? *BTW,* this is Muay Thai *not* Kickboxing. There are several differences between the two combat sports. That's like saying Kung Fu is Karate or BJJ is wrestling...similar sports but fundamentally different.

Liam didn't look like he wanted it really, unshaven looked distant from what he usually does, Charlie knew how to block your attacks Liam thats all it was

tom maginnis you do realise that if we use head movement in Thai boxing we can get hit with.... elbow, headkick and knee to head much easier??? Look at saenchai, the only head movement he's got is lean back and counter with punch/kick and I'm sure you wouldn't say he's shit, would you???

Harrison had a soft-heart. He didn't want to end Chalie's carrer with his low kick.
He does that often. He sees their leg is gone, so he discontinues to kick it as respect even if it means losing. This is what makes him an amazing person as well as a fighter
