There is different Pipette sizes .. the one in the video is a micropipette but a pipette holds more liquid... You can use pipette to accurately measure small volumes up to 100 ml ... İn your case 953ul = 0.953 ml you can easily use a 1000 UL volume pipette and adjust it to 953 UL it's so easy

What is the uncertainty on the 2000 microlitre pipette?
Usually the uncertainty for most measuring tools is +/- half the smallest increment
