this is also one out of multiple Pre Release Singles for an upcoming Mini Album this Year and If I remember correctly it's going to be entirely in English like sick 👍🏻 (It's going to be her Full English US Debut that's why)
The end made me think that she was the toxic one in the relationship
I hadn't considered that but you may be on to something there. I originally thought the guy brought out the worst in her, but, like you said, it could be that she was equally as toxic. I guess it would also better support the lyrics of her feeling that she's undeserving of having a good guy.

Alexa's acting is so good in this and her physical chops are awesome as always. I've felt for a long time that she should get tapped for a Marvel movie.
I'm going to share a weird theory about this video. Since you've only seen Tatoo, you are not very familiar with the who AI multiverse, multiple copies of Alexa that most of her videos fit. Tatoo is part of that, recall the meteor bombardment of the city and her escaping into the portal. Early in Tatoo she has a shocked reaction to a guy who passes her on the street, who has a tatoo on his neck. We never see his face but he could be the guy in Sick. If we posit that in Tatoo she recognized an agent of the forces she's been fighting just before the meteor bombardment starts, then the guy could be an assassin coming for her. Tenuous I know, but there it is.
If you like violent stuff like this with the crazy fight choreography I highly recommend LC9 song MaMa Beat
It was the groups debut song and its basically Fight Club in kpop MV style lol
They were from the same company as Brown eyed girls and definitely had 1 of the most interesting debuts in kpop
