Lovely content!!! An LLC registered in Sharjah Freezone.. Are they called a Legal Person or Legal Person Incorporated for Corporate Registration purposed ? Please advise

Thankyou for your comment - A juridical person that is incorporated or otherwise established or recognised under the applicable legislation of the State, including a Free Zone Person shall be considered as Legal person. Hence an LLC shall be considered to be Juridical Person whether in mainland or freezone for CT purpose.
