Welcome to Metal Artist Reaction !! Artist Names: BABYMETAL Country: Tokyo, Japan Genres - Metal / Kawaii Metal Years Active: 2010 - Present Babymetal is at its best for what they are up to. Loving their conceptual songs and the deeper meaning behind these songs. Baby Metal is the Kawai Metal for real !! Probably, a form of metal that I wasn't sure of at the beginning but now I am surely getting the hang of it. Rock on !! Great reaction. I love how they work so hard to show the utmost respect to the culture in every aspect from the lyrics to the vocal style, the instrumental style and the choreography. Moametal said how difficult it was to get all the hand movements right.🦊 'MAYA' is another song with Hindu influences in the lyrics.
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。"Musical diversity" is what BABYMETAL are relentlessly pursuing. This song has been welcome by many people with Indian background like you. I am sure Team BABYMETAL is happy to see that. I can imagine how diligently the songwriter, choreographer, Su / Moa / Momoko, and Kamis tried to analyze, study and understand music and dance moves in Indian style. They took a risk of being called "fake" or "cheap copy" of Indian music whereas they simply wanted to create their own metal music with comfortable Indian vibes paying their due respect to the culture. I witnessed this very performance at the venue and gave great kudos to BM, as always.
Great reaction, thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed this one. Also great version choice: Legend-MM are probably my favorite shows... for so many good reasons. 😊 Every Indian reactor praised them for both the music and the choreo. That makes me very proud of them. 🤘🦊
I'm so glad you reacted to the live version. The energy and beauty of this song-imo-just come across much more fully in this version. I'm always interested to hear the reactions of someone from India to this song. Yours were thoughtful and illuminating. Thank you.
Its good you saw this version instead of the official MV...The MV had a lot of kaleidoscope effects that covered up the wonderful choreography. I especially love watching Indian reactors react to this song, and pick out all the cultural elements, from the lyrics to the dance. 😁😁😁🤘🦊🤘
Great timing, as someone already mentioned Bloodywood seems to have a song with a Babymetal feature. I've been saying for a few years now that I think it will happen, because both parties have mentioned in interviews they like and admire each others work. From what I heard online, seems like Su-metal also sings some Hindi or other Indian language. Having this connection makes it more likely Babymetal might some day come to India as well. If I could have a big dream for India: as Babymetal has some mainstream appeal I hope they get some mainstream attention and act as a gateway to metal music as Babymetal has done for especially young people.
Thank you for you review and perspective of this song. Welcome to Babymetal , my favourite song is the one I am listening at the moment. I hope you enjoy more from Babymetal, my recommendations would be always live and include : Monochrome : PIA 2021 Headbanger, there are so many live versions to choose from, this song is sung by the backing singers on their birthdays : so we have Moa-banger, Momo-banger, and dub-step version from Legend 1997 - on Su-metals birthday. You cannot go wrong. From dusk to dawn : Budokan 2021 BMC : Legend-mm or Budokan 2021 Metalizm 2023 PIA Arena : This is Eastern European music
@AddieReacts I forgot two iconic songs that should look at Rondo of nightmare with mischiefs of gods. Budokan black night, You get to hear the amazing Kami band, then su-metal in full queen mode Road of resistance, live in Japan official, absolute crowd control
I checked the lyrics after watching your reaction. But the meaning of the lyrics is still too deep for me. Maybe one day I'll understand it and right now I'm on the level of "Don't Think Feel It.". Thanks for your great reaction.
Well it is expected that this was the reason for this different ethnostyles, that zhey developpef That they can offer in every Region something that represented this Region. Like Night Night Burn Spain, Da Da Dance South America and Shanti Shanti for India. And we know zhat Shintoism was originally heavily influenced by Buddhism. But today the have rather strict rules against any Religion. They have learned any Religion that grows over a certain Level is simply deadly. But at zhe moment they are probably already busy with their next experiment: The first European and UK Arena Tour by them. It will be a risked but at least a calculated risk. It was simply to easy to fill their old locations to capacity. While it was a certaon way to deliver money. Two Buses with Trailers and zhey were ready for Europe. But the Festival season this year showed, they dhould be able to fill Europes bigger venues but we will have to see how they think. The time is a problem. Can they really change from one location to the next within a few hours. They will have Studied how many other Bands solved this roddle. Basically they have the Number of fans in Europe how their Headliner Tour demonstrated
Great reaction! This song is absolutely incredible! Also, I wanted to ask: The part when they say“Achha Achha Achha”, that is Hindi right? If so, how would you interpret it in English? Always been curious! 🤘🦊
The way you butcher their video is disrespectful. If you don't know how to get around copyright strikes without altering the video then get off of TH-cam. It's not hard. Unbelievable.
@@SirGreenDay Thank you for your comment sir. I sincerely appreciate your time.🙂 First of all, I run this channel to promote local artists and sometimes I check out bands that I like irrespective of any country or genre for example: Babymetal. There are two things you probably got confused with, Copyright Strike and Copyright Claim. Both are different. Every Babymetal song gives a copyright claim, it's because of their record label. That's fine. Because my intention is not to make money but to share what I like about them. I already know that I will never earn a single cent by reacting to a Babymetal's song, So what? I like the band and I will still react to Babymetal whenever I want to. Copyright was never an issue for me.🙂 Now the point here is I make videos to help small underrated artists. You probably didn't like my interface/audio/layout or whatever effects I have used, that's fine (everyone has a choice). Neither you can help me nor I can help you. There are hundreds of popular reaction channels who react to popular songs and get viral unlike me, probably you can stick to them sir. No offence. Anyhow, I appreciate your time and feedback. Have a nice day !! Rock on 🙂🤘💐
@@AddieReacts Take no notice of SirGreenDay, he seems to try as hard as he can to put people off reacting to BABYMETAL with his negative feedback and insults nearly every time.
