- Former ZANU-PF youth leader and politician, Acie Lumumba has found himself on trouble with the Zimbabwean law after having told President Robert Mugabe where to get off by using the unthinkable F-word and daring Mugaba to come for him for insulting him.
Lumumba currently faces charges for undermining the authority and insulating the President of Zimbabwe.
As one who grew up within the tanks of Mugabe-led ZANU PF, Lumumba joins Tim Modise to discuss what he thinks is a demise of the party's leadership and its failing to serve its people under Mugabe.

Your treatment by the U.S. has been completely and utterly appalling. Yet, the hard facts are since Mandela (who was a good man). South Africa and South African's are worse off now than when they had Apartheid. This is an utterly appalling statistic. It has nothing at all to do with your skin colour, it has everything to do with the killing and silencing of genuine, good, people and the corruption of African elites. Zimbabwe, is the exact same thing. If you don't want White or increasingly Asian people telling you what to do, freaking learn from what they have done well and they haven't. Ultra free market-friendly economies and the privatisation by foreigners is a bad, bad, bad, idea. Don't freaking do it. It's that bloody simple. Get foreigners in to help get things back on track, learn from them, pay them, and tell them to piss off. Japan, Russia, China, and other BRIC countries do it to each other all the time. African's aren't inferior, they aren't dumb, they have brains. Fight, get rid of the corruption in your midst from either, homegrown or foreign sources. Then, and only then will Zimbabwe and South Africa reach their potential without the colonial yoke and show African's are the equal's of anyone, anywhere.

zanu pf punished, beat and tortured those closest to the knowledge of how to run the ex large white farms well, their workers. Veterans and their backers took over the farms ran them badly, anyone who stood upto Zanu PF got beaten out of opportunity, Young Z's don't vote, probably for fear of being abused by zanu PF. Mugabe has to retire or just be some kind of stabilising old figurehead who re-assures now and then and fades off, but he and his rogues gallery of hangers on, have had their chance, someone else economically needs to have a go and that means all zimbabweans get on with entrepreneurialism on large scale export farming for starters.
