Yo lo vi en directo de joven, en Cameroun. Era increíble. Aquí se nota que no está con su orquesta: Rocafil Jazz International. Aquí toca con músicos improvisados... Aun así es Prince Nico Mbarga!!! Marcó una época en la música africana. De hecho su canción "Sweet Mother" sigue siendo la más vendida de la música africana hasta hoy. R.I.P.

Many thanks for your comment. I was one of the musicians in the Ivory Coasters who were asked to play with Prince Nico, a great Musician and a very nice man too. As far as I know this is the only full length clip on utube although there is some on the Womad links.

May Jacob Ngunis sounds rest in peace. He continued the legacy in the U.S for years until his passing in 2021 I think. Great music.
