Pretty bad video production. Filming a screen which shows a video clip, and the presenters are looking awkwardly at random directions probably because they were told to avoid looking at the cameras etc.
They were on-site at a large manufacturing facility with 40 people standing behind the camera. I'm sorry the Coen brothers weren't available to put this together for a more pleasing viewing experience.
