  • "LIPAD, ANGONO"
The Official Higantes Festival Theme Song
Gretta Campo ft. BJ "Tolits" Forbes
    A BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Originally, "Lipad, BangkaGandang Angono" is an homage to the sights and sounds of the Art Capital of the Philippines and Home of the Higantes Festival. It tells a story of the beauty of its culture and traditions spanning from The Higantes Festival to Angono's Catholic Faith. Its music, heavily influenced by the melodies of Maestro Lucio San Pedro's works, that you can hear scattered all throughout the song, but mainly the beginning.
Angono, Rizal is rich in talents, not only in music, but also in Visual Arts. Ateliers and works of Angono's Finest Artists can be seen in this video, proving its worthiness of the title, "The Art Capital of the Philippines", Haven and Cradle for Artists.
MARRYING THE SONG TO THE CONCEPT
    What is "LIPAD?"
Light Industrial Park Angono Dream or LIPAD is a dream and a concept created as an economic take off and an answer to social service needs and all other aspect relating to upgrading the lives of its people.
Moreover, LIPAD is a clear plan and direction to execute of what and where the municipality wants to go. This shall be possible with timely infrastructure projects aligned with its plans.
Under the Mag-Ama Magkasama sa Programa together with YES Program headed by Governor Nina Ynares and district representative, Congressman Jack Duavit, the LIPAD shall soar high like Singapore. A small town known for its higantes shall take off with a gigantic dream and concept of elevating its economy. An art capital, a home of the higantes, and soon-to-be a fully progressive municipality.
