• Double wall design constructed with durable steel with chemical-resistant liners
• Aerodynamic sash foil and vertical fascia provides more even airflow by avoiding sharp curves that can create turbulence. When sash is lowered or closed, the air enters to the hood from underneath the airfoil and the opening along the top of the hood.
• Slotted rear baffle for proper air flow pattern and generating a uniform velocity of the air.
• Dished work surface designed to safely contain spills.
• Airflow Alarm and monitor to ensure adequate face velocity.
• Vertical sliding sash, with chain and sprocket mechanism, operates manually or automatically with optional auto sash controller.
