原來不用旁白跟語言竟然可以看得這麼入神！其實是台灣的高山之美，在我們身邊卻又離我們如此遙遠。我們花太多時間努力去追求，卻又失去很多原本屬於我們的美好！感謝您的帶領，讓我重新看見台灣高山。

兩天行程，居然可以這樣輕裝簡行。一般舊觀念的登山方式，大型背包鍋碗瓢盆應該可以登喜馬拉雅山了。也許事前的準備更重要，例如路線等等。這影片真是太棒了。

my gear and food was for 3-4 days, but I was faster.
to be light I try not carry tent and use just tarp which is at least 1kg lighter
