Just goes to show that you don’t need the latest or most expensive bike to have fun.
    Get out there everybody!

Very useful video, would love to see solo camping trips on this. I have a 125 that I picked up for $800 used, I'll be doing some Vic high-country exploration as soon as I replace the stock rear tyre.

Yeah cool mate I’m keen to get out camping on it as well. Vic high country would be sick. Thanks for watching.

nice closeup on the keyring hehe
So are you going to take up another project or keep this one for a while?

Haha thanks mate. Yeah I’m looking at getting a dr650 or klr650 in then couple of months hey. That was the main reason I sold the Ducati was to get something more enduro friendly so I wouldn’t ruin the duc. This bike was little build I always wanted to do and turned out to be more fun then I thought. Thanks for watching man👊

Hey mate, Ive seen your three videos of the Honda cb125e retro and you've inspired me to work on mine 😅.
I've got a couple questions regarding the build.
    1. Is the new retro seat comfortable?
    2. What was the reason for welding a plate at the end of the exhaust and drilling a small hole in it before installing the slip on?
    3. Did you do a big bore 185cc kit on this bike?
    4. Can you notice a difference with the new suspension including height and performance?
    Thanks mate greatly appreciated 👍

Hey mate that’s great get into it. The new seat was average lol it was just a cheap eBay job. The reason put the little plate over the end was because it was too loud, after I put the plate on there it was a bit too quite lol, so I just drilled it out a bit. Exhaust on those have an internal pipe that’s like 3/4 of an inch so going to 1 1/2 inch on the back half of the exhaust made it pretty loud and lost a little bit of bottom end power. I had intended on upgrading the carb to match the exhaust however didn’t ever get around to it. Again same as the carb was going to do the big bore kit (they’re cheap as) but just never got around to it. As far as the suspension I definitely noticed a difference but stiffer and bit better clearance as well was much better off road. Hope this helps mate👍

hey mate, great stuff! may I ask what those side mirrors are called? can’t find anywhere like these. all I can find are bar end mirrors which I’m not a huge fan of. cheers

Hey bud the ones I used were bar end mirrors however I took the bar end part out and then attached it directly to the bar. Here’s a link of the ones I used hope this helps👍
