I Remembered This Movie After Watching Tom Wopat get arrested For DUI In Wisconsin. I Saw This Movie With A Girl Back In 1992.
Wow I looked for this movie for so long, even reddit had no idea what movie it was. My memory was wrong as I thought her name was PaTTy Thompson and not PaLLy Thompson.
I thought it was Pally Thomas, but 2nd guessed myself because "Pally" isn't a name I've ever heard before.
My digitised VHS copies are better quality than this tall order1
