I live in the real outer banks in North Carolina, I work in Avon. Truly has been the best time here. My parents and I moved in the end of 2015 & I started sophomore year there I met my now fiancé at that school. We were both into sports, I was the football & basketball cheerleader & he was the basketball & football player. Had the best memories with bonfires on the beach at 2 am with friends & running from the cops. This show really reflects on it but obviously it’s more dramatic than the real island because we only have 2 grocery stores & 3 stop lights on the whole island 😂 can’t wait to watch it 🎉
