I m living in BTK since last 4 years in villa. My office is at i.i.Chundrigar road. I do car pooling. We are four persons who share ride daily.

DHA city lacks funds. DHA city has sold its plots and now no more inward money. Every DHA balance sheet is separate. DHA lahore is independent to DHA karachi and DHA islamabad. So DHA city karachi development status will remain same for next few years.

DHA city is atleast 20 years behind BTK in terms of development. Life is in full swing in BTK. School college hospitals clinics imtiaz store markets restaurants petrol pumps are now fully functioning in BTK. Public transport also now available.

Dha city karachi is way behind from bahria ..agreed.. but still people are sending their children in dha city school college but living in bahria town.. why ..

@@connectrealestatebuilders475if 1 or 2 family kids coming to dha city doesn’t mean people from Btk to come dha. Will you send your kids to dha city on daily bases. ? Dha is way behind.
Second people in this situation when everyone want to leave the country why they spend money in Pakistan where you dont know what will happen. If they already left the country.
Whoever is here they don’t have other options except certificate which return 20-22 % atm

DHA should develop, sector which are near to gates like 2A BCD and 3 , plant trees, show some attraction to people , give some special consideration in construction to people who wants to build houses

Administrator of DCK have no interest in Karachi development. First of all they are from Punjab province therefore they will ultimately shift to PUNJAB.
