My weight is around 85kg. Set the sag first Front 35mm, Rear 28mm. Then play with damping. Usually front works well on stock components with front rebound and compression set to 6. Rear would depend on the track/road. For good all around setup with stock swingarm pivots compression high and low speed in the rear to 1. Rebound to 5 and try then adjusting according to you riding style/road conditions.

i just bought a 2012 a few weeks ago and did invert the ride height adjuster as a found the rear suspension harsh on bumps. And today i checked the sag and found only 25mm in the rear and about 15mm in the front. will be fixing this. And on a side note its the first bike i have owned that starts to mono at 160 KPH i wasn't expecting that!!

paul sheather before inverting the ride high adjuster you have to change the swingarm pivots to -4. These available from alpha racing web shop. If you have standard pivots keep the shock rode high as is (hole at the top).

great video, perhaps a silly question but the eccentric rings on the rear shock mount which you changed, are they bith identical? my 2016 has 2 different types of eccentric rings

I am still confused as to which position of the rear shock mount lowers the bike. Does the hole need to be offset towards the top or towards the bottom? I watched the entire video trying to find where u say "to lower the bike, flip this mount point so the hole is towards the top/bottom." You never explicitly say it and as a result i'm still confused.

Hole up - lower. Hole down higher. If you talking about top shock mount eccentric.
