Concrete Batch Plant Set Up & Testing

Watch as we set up our Versamix portable batch plant and do our first test pour. It's a pretty amazing machine and are looking forward to getting more familiar with it for other projects in the future!

This is my dream to get a plant going. My area has been monopolized by vulcan material co. Everyone in the concrete industry getting screwed on pricing and customer service is horrible. One day hopefully ill be some competition

How's that tread belt doing? I maintain a versamix mobile and its the messyest plant I've ever seen. The pushbroom head belt cleaner is a joke and the oval boot opening is just dumb. Its cracked the cement batcher and needed bracing plates added. Its been quite the p.o.s., I hope you have better luck.
