Pretty cool to see those wrecks in which I hope no one died. I am curious on the backstory; Did they all go down together in a storm, or just separate incidents?

The Blue Moon has always been in this area and sunk due to an engine fire. The other wrecks were carried in by what we call "The currents". Dive safe!

Dude ! you're awesome ! your're the man! Have you ever checked out the B-29 WW2 plane ? I wonder if the receding water levels would make that plane more accessible ?

Glad you liked the video! Wreck Alley has been one of my favorite spots to dive ever since I started tech diving. Regarding the B-29 - Yes. I’ve dived that several times, and in fact, I was part of a small team that was tasked to do water sampling, measurements of sediment buildup, and the damage from the quagga muscles to the B-29 back in 2010ish. Plus some buddies of mine were the guides for a charter company that was awarded the contract to dive the B-29 so I was able to dive it a few times with them. Thanks for watching! Dive safe!

    B 29 ?

The B-29 is diveable by permit only, and it's been more than 10 years since I've been on that wreck. I don't know if I will ever be back to dive it again. We'll see who is awarded the guide license next. Thanks for watching and dive safe!

180 feet on air… I am assuming the DPV aids in not feeling the narcotic effects of the nitrogen building up in your compartments?
Generally 100 feet is my max with air.

Ah yes. The age old nacorsis/deep air discussion. Even my small circle of dive buddies has differing views on how deep is deep and what a safe PO2 limit is. This is a topic to be discussed over beers, and probably not on a TH-cam comment section. I will say this: Always seek the best dive training you can reasonably afford, and always, always, always dive within your limits. Thanks for watching and dive safe!

I really enjoy your videos so I mean no disrespect to your point of view and it’s hard in this format to fully know your views. That said…. No training that a diver would pay for that has developed over the last 20 years would teach standards that would encourage air deeper that 130 feet. The only class I am aware of is TDI’s extended range and I have not seen it offered in many years because it’s ill advised unless in warm very clear water and even then is frowned upon. Most standards today would say around 100 feet for air.
The most stringent and expensive training agency would be GUE and they don’t want air used at all. Nitrox 32 to 100feet then trimix for anything deeper.
UTD is nearly same and cost nearly as much as GUE
The rest do not allow deep air either but would not yank a card back if someone chooses to dive deep with just air.
Cheep training would equate to air and expensive training would equate to no air use at all. Moderate cost training would be somewhere in the middle.
So in the end I agree with you that a diver should get the best training they can afford and the best would indicate it’s not wise to use air deep.

Hi Shawn. Thank you for the comments and no disrespect taken. It's a heated discussion, that's for sure, and a quick Google search on the topic will take a diver down a rabbit hole of dive forums where the masses go at it and argue what they believe in.
I do elaborate a bit more on my style of diving in my "About" section on TH-cam, which reads "My views, opinions, and especially my diving methods are my own, and I advocate nothing other than please, please, please, always dive within your limits and seek the best dive training you can reasonably afford."
I do truly appreciate the comments, yet as I mentioned in my earlier post, this is a topic I prefer to discuss over beers. Dive safe.
