Instead of asking, “Where do I fit?” we want to invite you to ask, “What can I create?” That’s why we’re here. To guide, inspire, and walk alongside you as you build a movement practice that’s uniquely yours. We know it’s not easy. With so many disciplines, techniques, and philosophies, it’s overwhelming to figure out where to begin-or what to focus on. You might feel paralyzed by the endless possibilities, afraid of doing it “wrong,” or stuck in routines that don’t feel authentic anymore. Maybe you’ve tried programs that didn’t resonate or struggled to stay consistent because it didn’t feel like you. We created Saturno Movement to be more than just a fitness platform. We’re a community, a resource, and a guide for anyone feeling lost in the world of movement. Whether you’re exploring calisthenics, yoga, or primal locomotion, we offer a diverse range of programs to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence. But more importantly, we teach you how to listen to your body and craft a practice that evolves with you. Because movement isn’t static-it grows, shifts, and transforms, just like you. Hence why… The practice -always- goes on. - Yassir
I do sprinting, plyometrics, calisthenics, Powerlifting, yoga, Olympic lifting, track running, animal movements, swimming, gymnast all around tge weak for my wrestling strength and Conditioning
@ChanceMyers-n6c My schedule is Day 1: Upperbody relative strength + power Day 2: Lowerbody relative strength + speed Day 3: Agility and conditioning Day 5: flexibility and mobility Day 5: Speed strength and rapid impulse Day 6: Endurance and lactic capacity Day 7: Active rest day *Stretch everyday and do mobility everyday* *I do minimal cardio everyday* *I'm a amateur combat athlete*
I only do calisthenics, but for no reason other than I'm lazy, I do four exercises to keep me healthy, and call it a day, no strength goals, I don't care to learn the planche or muscle-up, I just want to keep healthy and gain a little muscle.

Second one is called 'Hindu Push-ups', I do this everyday, it almost involve every muscle of my body.
I teach almost all of these disciplines and removing the labels is where I start. Different movements have different outcomes

I’m sorry but I disagree. When I do a push up, I do a push up. I don’t think this particular exercise defines what practices or workouts I do.
