In single player, you need 16.2 million pops, 100 non T5 upgrades, 250,000 dollars spent on non T5 upgrade (I think), max out slider and with all of that you should get a degree 91. For the Dart Paragon (Apex Plasma Master) if you have the MK (Monkey Knowledge) that lets you get 2 Crossbow Masters it should be a degree 92. If you have Geraldo (Hero) you need 20 Paragon power totoms for a degree 100. for the Dart Paragon (Apex Plasma Master) you need 18 paragon power totoms for a degree 100 (if you have 2 Crossbow Masters). By the way cash generated is 4x the amount than pops(correct me if I'm wrong).

There actually is a difference between 90 and 100, and its fairly significant. Because of the fact that every 20 degrees, paragons get a massive boost in power, that means that if you only have a degree 90 paragon, it's actually is fairly weaker than a degree 100, because you are missing out on that power spike that happens every 20 degrees.
@lwadrian8601 Are you serious? Geraldo is literally up there with Adora for best late-game heroes SPECIFICALLY for his paragon totems. Those few extra levels most definitely aid in Ultra-Late game runs, especially with my aforementioned comment about the power spikes every 20 degrees. Getting a degree 90 is noticeably worse than a degree 100, and heck, even if there wasn't a power spike every 20 degrees, you still want to use Geraldo specifically for late game runs! Even pushing aside the main argument for a moment, everyone in their right mind would use Geraldo if they want to get a high round in freeplay. The only reason you don't use Geraldo for late game is because you use Adora instead or you don't want to go ultra-late game like you mentioned. Anyways, that's literally all I can say for you. If you want even more proof that level 100 is better than level 90, go check out the wiki and you can see for yourself the difference.
@@techoeastveld Literally everyone uses Adora or Ezili. One shotting Bads or buffing temples is infinitely better than having your ace paragon do more damage. Watch any ultra late game youtuber or tierlist and Geraldo never tops Ezili/Adora
