You are just in a different time period. But you can still live those years. You aren't older or younger than when you started to time travel. Now living like we do, we move forward naturally in time and age while we are moving. But to instantaneously time travel to ten years in the future in a moment, you will only age at the natural pace (only be a moment older), but you will just be in a time ten years from now. Not that I know for sure about any of this, none of us really do. Time travel hasn't been invented yet. We can't test this out or anything to see what actually happens. Even the theories are just theories without any observation to back them. Nobody knows anything for sure yet.
