thank you for all your extremely precise and detailed reviews. i like the look of non-brown/black (i.e. far from the person's natural colour) lenses if they're not too enlarging, on other people, especially monolid eyes. it looks like deliberate enhancement / ornamentation similar to different colours of eyeshadow. what i don't like is too natural lenses, where you feel like the person is trying to trick people but failing, because it's still never the same as a real eye like that would be. that's why i think my parents also prefer when i wear 'unnatural' looking lens colours because it's just enhancement, it doesn't look like the person has a complex about having small coloured eyes.

if their olive had orange and yellow lines in it, it would resemble my mom's eyes (some days, because coloured eyes often change colour based on the person's health)
