Narrow spread of the shotties makes it good up to mid range. I think the buff is ok, but its great if you have lucinda. The reload speed can catch people off-guard

It's not a bar quickscoping thing. It's quick scoping in general. You can prolly 100% hit at far distance on iron sights with this bug/feature

I'm legend in Duos and Hunt and Ace in BR. It's good in theory but in actual play it rarely comes in handy. Mostly you will be using snipers and AR's because most of fights happen at distance.
