Interesting with the quit outs as they clearly know how to make it stop enemies resetting as that's how it worked in DS2 but they put it back in for DS3 and ER

This sorta feels like a lesson in getting royally fucked by RNG. It's impossible to point to one specific mistake Aggy did to lose this bad, but rather the compounding nature of every gamble having a subpar result. The amount of major bosses dropping a seed (or worse) was staggering, and apart from Tanith, none of the sneaky checks yielding potentially game-changing results. Also took way to long to get good enough gear for a proper build - which again, was mostly the fault of atrocious luck with the RNG.

@@nicolashunter4131 If your reading comprehension were beyond that of a fifth grader, you would have realised that was exactly my point. There were no major holdups, where you could definitely say without X happening/taking too long it would be a victory. Rather it was the compounding nature of many small instances of being unlucky and none of the risky gambles (bar Tanith) paying off. Translating that into an overall victory is another story and subject entirely.

You can beat hard bosses for seeds then end up buying all the great runes. Pray to the rng gods that they outpace your opponents skill gap haha

the bandit swords bleed really well with an ash of war that gives them bleed they are only used for a bleed build so everyone thinks they bleed

Anybody know why Serpent Hunter is so good? Afaik it only works against a single boss, right? Or is there something I'm unaware of here?

no stat requirements, can be gotten pretty quickly if you rush to Rykard's boss room, and outside of Rykard's fight it doesn't do the wooshy attacks but still has really solid physical damage, move set, and strength scaling

@@mentkansleyunitedstatesgov6364 It just gives another ending similar to Fia's rune and Dungeater's rune. The great runes are the ones that u can use with rune arcs ( 6 of them ) plus Renalla's rune which enables respec.

Idk why you didn't get that faith level to use the op weapon instead of waiting 5 minutes and getting one extra faith point. Vigor is cool and whatnot and I'm sure it was the right call but it felt so frutrating you being one off then using the cringe garbage moveset curved sword
